At first I was very dubious, buying from a dealers other end of country, as I’m in Middlesbrough. Well I was so wrong Charlie was absolutely fantastic, listened to everything I wanted, was always there at end of a message or voicemail, as I was working nights the week I was looking for a car, he found my dream car for me, the colour I wanted and everything, premium spec Mercedes, car is mint, Charlie even sourced the car and got the windows and things tinted for me, at no extra cost… even wavered the cost of car delivery service for me of £300-£350, Mike the delivery driver liased with me night before ETA and time was absolutely spot on, even got the car cleaned after he arrived in my area.

Highly recommend Prestigecars and Charlie, I will definitely be using them again in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone, anyone not sure, drop me a message or response and I will be happy to put your mind at rest… Thank you once again Charlie and Mike 👏👏

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- Went to purchase a car from this company and reserved a car for £250. Unfortunately, I ended up having a car accident the following morning so I called them straight away to explain I will have to postpone the purchase as I now have a car to fix and pay for. The guy was very unsympathetic and extremely blunt with me on the phone but did say he would give me the refund for reserving the car. It has been over two weeks and I still haven’t received any refund. I have called them again and he said on the phone that he would chase up their financial team and still no sight of the money. I feel extremely disappointed as once I’ve got my car sorted I was going to go with this company, but clearly very unprofessional and not very nice company
