Purchased a vehicle online from these guys and it was delivered with faulty electrics. Spent over £500 getting the issues fixed and was not able to get a refund from them. Shame because the pre-sales process was pretty good. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them as its obvious no checks are performed on the vehicle before selling it on to customers.

We purchased an Audi Q5 in June 2024 was told by Connor that the car had definitely not been in an accident as the HPI showed it had but Connor said it must have been a mix up of number plates, so we took his word. The car had problems straight away so it went back to the garage for them to sort it. 3 months later after chasing it up we receive the car back but only because we put in a merchandise complaint in with the finance company.We had. also still not received the v5 after chasing prestige for it to be sent off only to be told to apply for it our selves which we did and it come back saying that the car has been salvaged/insurance write off which now explains why they never sent off the v5. More problems have since arisen with the car.

Extremely happy with the vehicle which included some extras, which was no hassle for Charlie and the team. The 476 mile round trip was worth it!
