I used this company for a purchase of a Volkswagen Golf from the point of sale it’s been horrendous the vehicle was held back for a repair that when delivered came back as a fault on inspection of the vehicle a ridiculous amount of dents marks and bumps the bonnet and wings didn’t line up and the full near side had been resprayed,
The company accepted the vehicle issues but I had to deliver the car back to them myself as they wouldn’t pick the car up for another week I offered to meet them in Luton but that wasn’t good enough so cost to me I had to pay the fuel to deliver the car back then had to pay for my own taxi to the local train station they claimed they would pay this back it’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t received funds for this to receive a call from the finance company that they haven’t received the funds back from them

We purchased a car from prestige over 2 weeks ago, the lead up the purchase was good service and purchase ran smoothly.
However aftercare hasn’t been good service at all.
At the viewing of the vehicle it was clearly stated the alloys were being refurbished the next day, It was stated off by the salesman. We was happy with that as only minor damage we noticed when viewing the vehicle.
We purchased the vehicle unfortunately the day of collection was rainy day so when the vehicle was returned home we noticed the alloys had not been fully refruibed as stated.
We contacted the after care team, with numerous attempted and not responsive in efficient timescales. Aftercare team advised the vehicle would need to be returned to be inspected. We was informed at sale if any issues within vehicle gauntree these could be completed by a local garage and they will would pay cost of invoice.
We then had to return vehicle to have work completed, was not offered any alternative vehicle so left carless with children, they was unable to give any estimated completion date. We was then told vehicle was being delivered on day of completion for repairs we was then told vehicle hadn’t been booked in for delivery so unsure when they could deliver! So we then had to go back out of our way to collect the vehicle.
The vehicle has been returned still not up the standard was was told the alloys were touched up as such, not fully refurbished.
And to add to this we have been waiting for V5 left the garage on day of sale that everything was in order and no action needed for us.
Spoke to DVLA today and have been told a new registered keeper request hasn’t even been requested, so now on top of the travelling back wards and forwards for rectification work we have now been left to sort out the V5 as this hasn’t been done.
Over all not a the service you would expect from a prestige car garage.

And just to add I have made a complaint contacted them on 13 occasions and I am yet to receive their service is awful.
