Stay away from this dealer! They are scammers and the car I purchased was full of issues they have now ghosted me when I ask for the car to be fixed in less than a week of purchasing. They have also put fake reviews on the auto trader page one of which (fraudulently) being put in my name which I didn’t write. Please stay away and save yourselves the money and hassle ! I have to go to court to try and get some money back. They also sent me the v5 after months!!! But also put another car in my name and it’s taking me ages to get my name removed! In the mean time Iv had several parking tickets for it sent to me !! Just avoid at all costs!

Where do I start as the full experience has been bad start to currently as I've still got problems the deals aren't willing to fix
Car got delayed 3 times when some how when I wanted to cancel the sale it was really for delivery.
The car come with 2 MOT failure. Passenger seat belt want broke and windscreen come with a big chip in it.
I had to pay BMW to replace the seat belt and when I've asked this dealer if they are willing to replace my windscreen they just tell me it claim on my insurance as they get a lot of there customers to do this.
This is no way a luxury car dealer.
I've had the car for around 8 weeks now still haven't received the V5 logbooks or the car charger

"Absolute shambles"
Absolute shambles. Got in touch via instagram (their fishing net) and enquired about a car. Oh it was very on demand and I had to put a deposit down to be sure of having a chance. Did that. Then the car was gone. Can I have a refund? Nah, promise after promise. Had to raise a chargeback with my bank to get a refund. After the bank chased them, got a refund. Not even an apology. Absolute beware
