Pathetic service and a SCAM
I bought a range rover velar 2018 car with prestige cars Essex in April 2023 worth £40000. They were extremely cooperative when selling the car. However, the moment I received the car, they showed their true colors and were extremely rude and uncooperative. The day we received the car they promised to change the tyre which has the cut on it and they by mistake changed another tyre and did not change the tyre that I have asked for after which they didn’t change the actual tyre and gave the reason as they have changed one tyre so they won’t do it again. After which I gave up on chasing them for the tyre. After which went to the car wash for a routine car cleaning, the right footwell got wet, I chased them again and they said I might have left the window open which is so stupid to think as the water came from the inside as the underlay was wet and everything was dry. I complained about it, and they refused because it wasn’t a mechanical error. I again managed the issue myself and kept the car which finally completely broke down after a week of that incident showing battery errors and the alternator was not working. Again, I asked them to repair it, for which they asked me to send the car to recovery by myself and have to pay the expenses for the RAC report and transport. I had no option other than to accept it and send the car to the mechanic they chose. And NO COURTESY CAR was given during the entire period. They repaired the car and it was going to be delivered to my address which also didn’t happen as it showed another error and have to be taken back to the garage for further inspection and repair. I finally decided to CA finance with the Complain and they didn’t give me a positive response wither. Then had to complain to financial ombudsman and they gave me the positive reply and I won the case against these scammers. Finally got my refund but it took me months to go through this.
DO NOT GO TO PRESTIGE CARS.

We had a terrible experience start to finish in small claims court. The car sold to my son was not fit for sale , it went back to the garage day one and again day 3 then it stopped working again a week or two after that, due to COVID and me being TOO REASONABLE out court case had the same conclusion as the previous 6 Mr Harris has had due to selling rubbish and refusing to put them right. Just stay away from him and his acolites.

Been a couple of months since my wife & I purchased our car from ZG. I purposely give it enough time to pass before leaving a review so it can be a fair one and allow them to rectify any issues that may arise in the first couple of months.
We have no issues, the car runs amazing. Interior and exterior are in amazing condition. My wife has always wanted a Mercedes, so this is her dream car. Made all the more better by the easy transaction at ZG. The non pushy customer service from Adam really made the difference. We hate being given the hard sell. At ZG, there is no need for that because their cars and their high standards do the talking for them.
Overall, if you are looking for a top class trustworthy place to buy your car this is it. We couldn’t be happier, and if in the future we decide to purchase a new car we will be straight back to ZG without hesitation.

We believe we have been lied to, we purchased a car with trust that it would be road worthy, what a lie that was. We took the car for the service what they have said to do, car had faults. Tried to claim and was rejected and the garage will not take any liability. Confidence and trust has completely been shot with cars and also with garages in general.
Trust element isn’t there and will not be returning nor recommending.
