"Saved me at Edinburgh Airport 7 hours later than booked "
My flight to Edinburgh was delayed by about 7 hours. I was easily able to communicate with OTS, and they were able to resolve everything without any fuss. They collected me and delivered me home at 1am without any complaints. Thank goodness for a reliable service. Top notch 10/10

"Beware of using for Airport Pick Up"
I have mixed reactions to this company. I have used them several times and find the prices are usually cheaper than others, especially for airport runs. However, they get their drivers by putting out a tender to independent taxi drivers, and these have been a mixed bag - some being polite and some downright rude. My biggest grouch is that out of 4 times paying the extra £5 for 'Meet and Greet' airport pick up, only one time has this actually happened. At Luton, it is impossible right now for drivers to park and come into the terminal because of construction going on (so why does the company offer 'Meet and Greet'?) At other airports, drivers have called and said they cannot come in because of the cost. One driver was so rude and actually shouted down the phone that the plane was late (20 mins! as if this were my fault) and it was costing him money. I said I thought drivers monitored flight arrivals, as they had the details, and he shouted that wasn't his job to do that - and said something like he was a driver not a ****** flight checker (charming!!). He said he was leaving and we were stranded, forcing us at around midnight to get an expensive taxi outside the airport. When I complained to the OTS office, they said drivers should check on the flight arrival (that's why you have to put the flight details when booking) and also if a client has paid for 'Meet and Greet' drivers are informed of this and should only take on the job if they agree. OTS did apologize for inconvenience caused and refunded the £5 on these occasions, but I am loath to try this again.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent airport transfer. First, I want to commend our driver, Mr. Rizwan. He was polite, hardworking, and incredibly professional. This is actually the second time we've booked him, and he's an absolute pleasure to travel with. He's a fantastic representative for your company.
However, I have a serious concern regarding the waiting fee. I specifically requested a 7:00 am pickup, knowing our flight arrived at 5:30 am. I factored in the time required to go through immigration and baggage claim at Gate B. We exited the airport at approximately 6:45 am. Mr. Rizwan informed me that I had to pay an additional £35 for waiting and parking from 5:30 am until the pickup time.
I don't understand why he was waiting from 5:30 am. I did not request this, and it seems unreasonable to charge me for unsolicited waiting time. My requested pickup time was 7:00 am, and we were ready well before that. This policy regarding waiting times and charges needs clarification. It should be clearly explained during the booking process to avoid these kinds of misunderstandings and unexpected charges.
Please review this matter and explain the waiting fee policy. While I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Rizwan's service, this extra charge has left a negative impression on my overall experience.

"Excellent, worry-free experience."
Easy online booking for two taxi runs, from airport to hotel and return journey. Better price than other quotes. Excellent communication by email, online chat and telephone. Responded immediately to a request for change to a taxi time due to delayed flight. Easy to contact company and drivers by phone. Very punctual arrival. Very helpful and efficient drivers. Overall an excellent and worry-free experience on both journeys. Would definitely use again.

I've used the company many times for when I've needed a taxi to an airport. They are I look ultra-reliable, always there in good time and on my return, the driver's always in the place thru say they'll be.
Also, their fares are very competitive.

"Lost 100£ even though i was told my ride would not be lost"
I should have checked the reviews before booking with the Standsted airport service. I called the office and driver whilst at the airport to inform that my flight was already delayed. They told me not to worry that they tracked flight and even if flight cancelled I would not lose my ride. Flight was further delayed due to weather conditions to the point that it has been diverted. I called and was told to pay again. Circumstances that i could not foresee or anyone so am left 100£ out of pocket. I strongly recommend Do Not Use this Service. There is no customer service and in truth i will make sure to place negative reviews in other sites and seek advice.

"Avoid this company "
Booked a vehicle for 3 cases and 3 people- they sent a BMW saloon which driver even advertised can only take 2 large cases. I had to get an Uber to take my husband and case to airport. £115 and I have used this company numerous times within last exact same cases. I shall never use them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -DISGRACE
