Third time I have used OTS and they have been excellent every time. Latest journey we needed a 6 seater with lots of luggage for a two hour journey all booked very last minute. Yet again they came up trumps. Excellent communication and reasonably priced compared to other companies. Would recommend.

This should not be a business they operate as a third party service. Do not use them. Use uber. Onward Travel Solutions Ltd has been criticized for charging £73 for a service on Boxing Day, including a £30 surcharge for the holiday, and refusing refunds when services were not provided. Such practices have led to allegations of unprofessional behavior and poor customer service.
In the UK, taxi fares often include higher rates during public holidays to compensate drivers working unsocial hours. For instance, Transport for London imposes an extra charge of £4 for journeys made between 20:00 on December 24 and 06:00 on December 27 . Similarly, other regions may apply increased tariffs during festive periods . However, a £30 surcharge on a £73 fare represents a significant increase, exceeding typical holiday surcharges, which are generally around 10-15% .
Legally, private hire companies can set their own fare structures, including surcharges, provided they are transparent and disclosed to customers at the time of booking. However, withholding refunds for services not rendered may violate consumer protection laws, which require services to be provided with reasonable care and skill, or a refund should be issued.

Paid extra to get the meet & greet service at the Arrivals. The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours and the driver was late!!!
They sent the driver only when I called them. My elderly mother was waiting 30 minutes in the arrivals hall. Then the driver did not picked her luggage, not even to put it in the car boot, and did not apologise for the delay. 100+ pounds for a terrible service.

I have had a pretty good service from onward travel solutions. The website is easy to use and they respond quickly to requests to change information. It would be nice if they offered a loyalty scheme (I would use them more), rather than just a discount for booking on-line.

We ordered 3 cars over a week for two guests arriving separately and returning together. The drivers were excellent - prompt, courteous, very patient with the meet and greet - one even contacting us the night before to confirm arrangements. We couldn't have had better service.
