"Very poor service"
Very poor service. I booked a airport pickup from Heathrow to Basingstoke for my brother in law and familiy who were visting me from USA. I booked meet and greet service paying additional service fee. Despite this, the driver completely disregarded this and made my family walk all the way from arrival terminal to the car park so that the driver could save some money on the parking fees. Disgusting service and I would never avail them for any future travel needs

"Bristol OTS are brilliant!"
Although this company is not the cheapest taxi firm, they have brilliant customer service and have never let us down.
When I have used them I have phoned them the day before to check that the taxi is still okay for the next day, and they have identified my booking quickly and confirmed the taxi. On our holiday last week, easyJet had changed the time of our flight and I had forgotten to amend my taxi booking.
At Malaga airport I had a call from OTS asking whether we still needed to be picked up at 14:55 as the flight did not look like it was coming in at that time.
When I told them the flight was now coming in at 18:50, they rearranged the taxi for me and when we arrived everything went completely smoothly. They are brilliant!
I should add that this was with OTS in Bristol. I cannot speak for any of their other branches around the country.

"Very expensive and hidden cancellation charge"
Booked taxi and paid £43 for an airport drop (4.7 miles distance). However, found out later from a friend that the charge was too high and he had booked the same from another firm for just £29. So I cancelled my booking and booked with the other firm. However, buried within OTS's T&C is a £7 surcharge, which is not mentioned anywhere on the cancellation page, so customers wouldn't be aware of this while undertaking a cancellation. This is quite misleading. Wouldn't recommend since too expensive and have hidden charges.

Very happy with this company for a couple of years now. Extra happy with them yesterday and a big "thank you" to Taylor at OTS who, following an unscheduled flight diversion, quickly arranged for the car scheduled to pick up at LCY to collect from STN instead. Excellent customer support.

"Avoid: Cancelled 30 Min before schedule"
Mini bus got cancelled 30 min before booked time.
They called and refunded the money.
But I have to book black cabs and end up paying double the amount.
journey book for £85 costed me £135
OTS contacted me to provide black cab recipients for compensation, I provided them copy of credit/debit transactions to black cab but they refused the compensation.

"Rude driver (not what you need after a long flight)"
We were coming from the airport after about 10 hour flight and about 2 hour delay. We got out and phoned the driver, he told us to move to another exit, although we paid for a meet and greet service. We went to the other exit and we noticed the driver was agitated and nervous for some reason. He started immediately by saying that there might be an extra charge for waiting; I told him that I phoned early in the morning and changed the pick up time because I knew the flight was delayed; he said with a rude and condescending tone that he doesn't want to argue in the car!! Told him we are just explaining what we did; he continued walking and said that it's the end of his shift and doesn't need this (or something like that)!! Told him our flight was delayed and we're also tired; he said not my fault! Anyway continued with his tone and then he phoned the company and told them we just got there; at that time we were already on the road, so the additional charge was calculated according to this time not the time we first got out from the airport and phoned him. After several emails with the company and a lot of wasted time, some of the additional charge was refunded but no apology for the behavior of the driver. To be honest, they used to be very good and reliable, not sure what's going on now. We were extremely upset and we will never use this service again; there are a lot of taxi services out there that we can use.

Do not book anything with this company,absolute scammers,taking your money without any intention to provide you with any sort of service,and when it comes to ask for your losses you will end up dealing with low lives,rude customer service that will make anything but give your money back.
Shocking company,should not be on the market,bottom line business,stealing money from their customers!
Avoid this scammers at any cost!

"Our taxi to the airport was fine but"
Our taxi to the airport was fine. The taxi on return from the airport was a different matter. We were given a telephone number to ring within a hour of landing at Manchester airport which we did. We rang the number no reply 2.50am. I noticed someone had tried to contact us so I rang that number. We asked where to meet the driver, we were told to wait where we were and the driver would be with us soon. After 20 minutes we rang the number again and got an automatic reply saying he would be with us in 40 minutes. It was now 3.15am. We were given the taxi drivers number when we contacted him he said he would be 30 minutes. At 3.43am he telephoned to say he was in the short stay carpark. The phone line kept cracking up and it was hard to understand where to find him.
Finally at 3.50am we found him. To be fair he was very apologetic and said he had only just received the fare and our details. We arrived home at 5.20am exhausted.

Don’t use this company!! Charge you extra money if you take longer than an hour to get through the airport through no fault of your own. Absolute joke don’t use
