Terrible company, would not give a refund despite my taxi crashing on the M6 near Birmingham. Very poor complaints handling and would not accept any fault. I regret not reading their reviews before booking. Avoid!

I would recommend you avoid using this company at all costs. Collected us from a long haul flight in a vehicle that wasn’t fit for 8 people and 8 cases after we specifically order that, made the front two passengers travel with a seat belt not working, we had to put two cases on the laps of the rear passengers, charged us extra for waiting and their customer service is diabolical. Cowboy outfit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, READ ALL REVIEWS. we booked 2 x 8 seater taxis to and from airport. Going to the airport one of the taxis were 30 minutes late. On return to England one of the two taxis didn't turn up so half the family had to wait in the airport for a hour whilst the first taxi did a round trip at 3 am in the morning after a 6 hour flight home. Company looked into the issue and sent ne £20 on a £240 booking with very poor service. DO NOT USE

"OTS are opportunist - watch the extra charges"
OTS are opportunist. They look to find ways to charge extra through the wait time by starting the wait time the moment the airplane arrives, despite knowing that the plane needs to taxi, disembark, people have to go through security and claim baggage.
Despite specifically been told by the driver to text when I had collected the bags, which I did, and got to the taxi within 10mins thereafter. They said I had to pay 1hr 30min wait time because my plane landed at 6.24am.
When I tried to explain the situation, the customer service person just said that is their policy.
Needless to say this is the last time I will be using them.

"Pleased with the service provided"
I have used this company for transfers to and from East Midlands Airport and have found them to be very efficient. The driver usually arrives at our home about 10 minutes prior to the arranged time and is waiting for us as we land. The cars are usually very clean and well maintained. The drivers have always driven safely and assisted with luggage. The only reason for 4 stars is that sometimes the cars may not have a large boot and cannot easily accommodate two large suitcases. The cost of transfer is reasonable and competitive.

worst service i've ever seen in my life. Customer service is diabolical. Chasing me at 7am the day after my family travel for 18 quid and then a further email less than an hour later at 8am telling me they would blacklist my account. How desperate do yo have to be? They also dropped my family off in the wrong location even after the passengers requesting to be dropped further up subsequently meaning they missed a boat.

I phoned to advise that I was changing the flight details back. As this was to a slightly closer airport, they immediately said I would get some of the cost refunded, which I hadn’t asked for. And within only a few minutes I was emailed the amended pick up details.
