"Extortion"

After landing I had a call from their office explaining that they had sent the driver to the wrong terminal at Heathrow and that they were demanding an additional fee because my pickup instructions were unclear. On pre booking I provided my flight number and paid extra for a meet and greet service. Turns out they assumed my arrivals Terminal would be the same as my departures Terminal. OTS do not extort your customers because you made clerical errors.
Completely unacceptable, avoid at all costs!

"Avoid this company"

Avoid this company. We booked and paid upfront for a transfer from Bath to Bristol Airport. We were advised 2 hours before the pick up time that the driver would be late. However we then received a second call and mail advising our booking was being cancelled and we were left to arrange our own transfer to the airport. We have been told we are being refunded but we booked a transfer ahead of time to avoid last minute stress

"Excellent service from online booking…"

Excellent service from online booking all way to arriving at our destination. Polite, friendly, professional, punctual. Car scrupulously clean. Takes the stress out of getting home after flying. Driver was even exceptional and thoughtful when my daughter was carsick. Thank you. Completely recommend this taxi company.

"No driver waiting when we returned to…"

No driver waiting when we returned to Heathrow, despite paying extra for "meet and greet". Had to telephone to be told that driver had been delayed in an accident tailback. Waited 40 mins.
Complained - told it was unfair to penalise driver. Replied that it was the company who should bear the responsibility (not the driver). They offered the "meet and greet" extra as refund (£5 on a nearly £300 fare). Told them what they could do with it.
Do not use this company.

"Quick, easy, and considerate."

Quick and easy to book and to change dates if needed. Drivers have always been nice and considerate and have driven to Manchester Airport in good time. Would use this service again.

My driver came 10 minutes early. He was very nice and friendly, took me to Gatwick airport and went above and beyond. Company was very friendly, professional and relieved my anxiety about travel.

"Horrible car service"

Horrible car service! I had to search Heathrow for my driver, whom I found staring into his phone not paying any attention to me as I flagged him down. I finally approached him, and introduced myself, he said nothing to me.

He walked very quickly away from my family (with 2 small children who could not keep up) until we reached the car.

The car was adequate at best; Large enough for our bags, but very uncomfortable and smelled terribly.

When we arrived at our hotel, the driver stopped on a corner, nowhere near the entrance (or any door for that matter,) and began to exit as if this was where we were going to unload the car. When I insisted that the lobby entrance was around the corner, he protested, and insisted this is where we should be. Having stayed at this hotel several times, I fought back, and made him go around the block, all the while listening to him tell me I was wrong.

After being greeted by the hotel doorman, and porter (where they welcomed me back) the driver continued to argue that I was wrong (even showing his map to the door staff)

This was the entirety of the communication I had with my driver.

I contacted OTS to voice my complaint, and to cancel my return journey (as I have no desire to deal with this again) and was told that I would have to pay 10% to cancel the return (well outside of 24hours) because

"you agreed to our terms and conditions its clearly stated in this when you make the booking, you agreed to this when you made the booking."

I then asked to speak to someone on the phone, and was told no one would talk to me and i could

"send an email if you want to"

Save yourself the disrespect, and go with the car service that actually provides the service which you pay for.



**** Edit: I emailed them using the address provided to me by their rude customer service. It's a dead end. This company sucks.
