I ordered it over a week ago for someone’s birthday and it still hasn’t been dispatched, they also wanted to charge me £15 to post to the Isle of Man which is part of the UK postal network. I was going to buy other items but I will be looking somewhere else now

Ordered a watch for my sons birthday last Monday paid for 24 hr dispatch still no confirmation email to say it’s been dispatched checked tracking it’s still being processed.... email them they tell me there behind with orders as there really busy ? So what’s the point in having a 24 hr dispatch option ? Anyway asked for a refund and now I’m getting blanked! Horrendous customer service ! I would keep well away
