"Très mauvaise expérience"

Très mauvaise expérience ! Première reservation via parclick pour 2 pièces de parkings proche de l'aéroport d'Orly. A notre arrivée à 3h du matin pour un vol à 6h30, le gérant nous anonce que cela fait plusieurs mois qu il ne travaille plus avec cette plateforme! Résultat nous nous retrouvons sans parking à 3h du matin !

J'ai réservé une place de parking par l'intermédiaire de ce site et quand je me suis présenté au parking, on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à mon nom alors que l'argent était débité (83,50€). J'ai du trouvé un autre parking en urgence et bien sûr beaucoup plus chère. J'attends toujours le remboursement et un dédommagement et la moindre des choses est de vérifier s'il y a des places ou pas et d'avertir le client.

Système de réservation effectif de belle qualité notamment au centre d'AMSTERDAM ou il est très difficile de trouver un stationnement.
Une commande à distance très efficace et facile d'utilisation.
Une assistance en cas de dépassement horaire très très apprécié.

"False information, not able to park but money back."

When we arrived on the parking location (Paris URBIS PARK Palais de Justice (INDIGO)), there was no one to give us the parking card. Apparently every employee left before 16.00, but the information on the website told us to check in before 17.00.
So we had to pay full price to park there, which we did not like. The Indigo car parks in Paris are good, just pay there by card.
We sent Parclick a message, and we got our money back from the reservation. The customer service is fine, but the organisation could have been better.

"Stay away. Not worth it."

I have reserved a parking, instructions were not clear (two parkings very close by) and I didn't get a refund.

They excuse themselves saying it's the parking decision, but to me I use parclick to avoid having to deal with parkings directly.

I believe this app is completely useless, and I recommend to stay away from it.

Better to go to the parking directly, than to risk losing money for a small discount.


Update:
They say the decision is on the parking, but what guarantee does that give us (the users)? Is it worth risking this for a small discount? Don't they have any leverage on the parkings? What incentive does the parking have to return the money? (None)

I reaffirm my recommendation: stay away.
