J'avais précédemment manifesté mon mécontentement suite à un prélèvement injustifié de 1.30 euros (ce n'est pas le montant qui m'a irrité mais le principe) et pas de réponse à mon mail (faute de ma part, je n'avais pas envoyé la réclamation à la bonne adresse).
La société après la lecture de mon message m'a demandé plus de détails et a corrigé immédiatement l'erreur (dans la demi-heure c'était réglé)
Concernant le service offert tout s'est très bien passé que ce soit à l'arrivée ou au départ (lecture sans soucis de la plaque d'immatriculation de mon véhicule)
Application facile d'utilisation et très clair

Ho fatto una prenotazione errata che mi è stata riaccreditata molto velocemente dall'ottimo Customer Service. Rifatta correttamente per la città di Nizza, dove parcheggiare costa piu' che dormire, trovata soluzione super conveniente e comoda, ( in& out) illimitati e prezzo per 4 gg 60€. ( Nice Etoile).

I made a wrong reservation which was credited back to me very quickly by the excellent Customer Service. Correctly redone for the city of Nice, where parking costs more than sleeping, found super convenient and comfortable solution, ( in& out) unlimited and price for 4 gg 60€. ( Nice Etoile).

Ces gens font tout pour pas payer quand il y a un problème. Perte de Colis, il se renvoyer la balle avec UPS le transporteur je vous le déconseille

Bonjour,
Au départ tout se passe a peu près bien car nous sommes jeunes avec une bonne vue ....employés non visibles.
Au retour les choses se gâtent ma compagne prévient pat téléphone 20 minutes avant notre arrivée comme demandé.
Voiture rendue après 2h15 d'attente et 8 coups de téléphone ,personnel difficilement joignable,pas de français, personne ne sait ou se trouve votre voiture et elle arrive dans 10minutes puis 30 puis 40 puis 10puis 1puis 6minutes.......nous apercevons un voiturier ou délinquant ? La tenue pose question. On lui demande si il travail pour le parking...il répond non ...avec l'aide de clients mécontents également il finit par admettre que oui ...il passe 2 coups fils à son patron (après la menace d'aller le chercher à son bureau) notre véhicule arrive enfin .......bref entreprise à fuire.
Honteux, pas d'excuses, 0 organisations une catastrophe au retour de vacances surtout lorsqu'il y a des enfants en bas âge ou personnes âgées.

"I booked a parking spot in Madrid…"
I booked a parking spot in Madrid through Parclick which unfortunately was not reachable that day due to some road blocks the local police had set up. I was forced to look for another parking and made a claim with Parclick for a refund because the parking lot was unreachable. I got a refund for the parking fee, but not their own adminstration expenses. Apparently somewhere in the xx pages of general conditions they claim they do not pay back their own fee under ANY circumstances. Great customer service..... Just be aware
After writing this review, parclick contacted me and refunded me their admin fee.

NO RECOMENDABLE!! Al volver al airopuerto de Barcelona Me pase más de una hora y media esperando en la calle pa que me entreguen el vehículo,estaba llamando cada 20min,pero me pasaba para otro compañero y después a otro y cada ves tenia que repetir mis datos.. una experiencia horrible.. encima uno de ellos que me atendía por el teléfono me habló con un tono como si yo fuera pesado.. mi puntación es un zero

Gave Parclick a 1 only because zero does not seem to be possible. This is a really bad company with very poor customer service. Do not trust that the spot you booked will actually be booked. Do not be surprised if you need to pay twice for the same reservation. Do not be surprised if you cannot reach a Parclick person to speak to, and rest assured that your chats with, or email responses from Parclick will be untimely, or pre-prepared responses that either do nothing to help or are completely unrelated to what you asked. All of this is what happened to me in my first Parclick reservation; in Toledo. My first and definitely my last reservation. Do not do business with Parclick. Essentially a scam service.
Addendum: To make matters even worse, as is not surprising with companies like Parclick, they reached out to Trust Pilot ostensibly to get more details about the issues that I had, and then, after sending them my reservation number, asked me to contact them at their email address. This is the whole problem. Reaching Parclick at an email and getting pre-printed responses is unhelpful and insulting to customers who have paid money for parking and have an issue in the lot. Parclick, if it truly is a company, needs a phone number and real people that you can speak with, not bots.
Yes, I used a different email address to book the reservation from that which was used to ask my urgent question. But my name is in both emails and I signed my name on the email. I also provided the city and lot where I was having the problem. A helpful response was expected but was not received. Instead, I paid for parking twice. Parclick needs staff available by phone 24 hours a day and needs to contact customers within minutes if they are stuck getting into or out of a lot. I am not pursuing more discussion with Parclick. If they want to return my money, as they should, I will accept. If they want to keep it, perhaps they can actually hire an employee.
Addendum 2: Do not be fooled people by the responses you are seeing to my review. To sum up:
1. My review has very little to do with the double payment I made. Would I want the money back. Of course. The point of the review is to let others know never ever ever to use Parclick. Not all reviews are about compensation; my intent is to help others. And, as an aside, Parclick has received enough info through Trust Pilot (in its attempt to have a valid review removed) to repay me (if Parclick really wanted to)
2. The hours of customer service are
irrelevant and unhelpful. Parking occurs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. A REAL person, not a bot, needs to be available at all times to assist stranded or gouged customers. Hopefully, more than one person.
3. My review and impressions have not changed. Do not use this company. Pay for parking directly with the lot if you can.
