Die Buchung für 10 Tage im Juni verlief sehr einfach. Das Storno ebenso (haben uns für eine andere Route entschieden). Da ich mich wegen dem Storno nicht extra anmelden/registrieren lassen wollte, hatte mir der sehr freundliche Sachbearbeiter alles erledigt. Hatte innerhalb 1 Stunde das schriftliche Storno und nach 1 Tag das Geld wieder zurück auf meinem Konto. Ich war sehr erfreut über den tollen unkomplizierten Service und gebe eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Reservamos una plaza de aparcamiento en el apk2 de Valencia. Fue una experiencia excelente, puede acceder al parking con lector de matrícula sin ningún problema, repetiré seguro.

I had reservered a parking place to go to the Centre of porto, Portugal online and i did pay in advance. I was happy and looking forward to a relaxed day with my wife in porto. When we got there, there was no way the parkingplace could be reached.
A policeman didn’t let me in the one way street the parking was in. There was a renovation of the area.
We went to another parking place after a Search for half an hour. After an hour walk my Wife noticed that we have been here before. We were at the parking place we booked. We went op the stairs and we looked at every Floor. There was no one around and no car parked.
The day after I informed parcklink. I want my €25 back.
They gave me a number of the garage.
They say they are not responsabel!
I don’t have to tell you what happenend....

"Totale Abzocke"

Totale Abzocke. Das einzige was schnell ging, war die Abbuchung auf meinem Konto. Ansonsten interessiert die nichts weiter. Wir haben für Barcelona einen Parkplatz gebucht und sind von der App ans falsche Parkhaus geführt worden, wo wir dann noch ein Mal zur Kasse gebeten wurden. Parclick interessiert das alles nicht, die Kohle war ja schon bei ihnen. Service null, CRM null, einfach nur Abzocke. Finger weg!

El servicio ha sido muy bueno desde el principio. Me atendieron las dudas rápidamente y me guiaron en la llegada al parking. 100% recomendable.

Fantástica experiencia.
Uso habitualmente Parclick para sacar el ticket del parquímetro en Madrid, y después de haber probado varias app, es sin duda la mejor.
Además reservé 6h en el parking de Indigo Corralillo de San Miguel.
El parking está automatizado, lee tu matrícula al entrar y al salir, no necesitas coger ticket, es muy cómodo.
