Excellent and compassionate customer service. However, it remains to be seen whether my husband and I ever actually manage to get up in the balloon (4-5 attempts booked and cancelled on the day so far. The weather has to be completely perfect, with absolutely wind, in order to fly)

I was bought a virgin balloon flight as a birthday present. Unfortunately the first year passed without me taking the fight due ill health. I emailed customer services asking whether I could have a refund on the experience as I wasn't able to use it and they went out of their way to try and help me and eventually offered me a virgin gift card so that I can use it on something suitable for me I with my condition, Thank You

I’ve had the most wonderful service from Natalie Wells. I had an initial query which was resolved quickly. Having made the initial purchase I also needed to reorder a second voucher. Natalie was quick to help again and ensured I had both vouchers.
Amazing customer service and extremely happy to be able to gift these vouchers to family members.

"My special birthday voucher ran out and…"
My special birthday voucher ran out and I was distraught. It has been on my bucket list always for a hot air balloon ride ….but due to work commitments and childcare and family issues with looking after my grandad I just haven’t had the time to book - I also got the expiry date incorrect as we have had to rebook twice already due to weather. We once nearly got into the balloon but the weather changed and we had to leave.
I was in tears writing an email to ask if there was any way I could have extra time - fully expecting the answer to be no and I was embarrassed asking - but within 5 mins I was given 3/12 grace by Lynn - AMAZING !!!!
