Multiple flights cancelled over the last 3 years. We have tried different times of year and day and still not getting anywhere. It was booked as a wedding gift for us but now seems that the BIL's have wasted money on something that won't happen as flights are either none existent or get cancelled day of

I used auto fill on my purchase, which meant that Virgin were unable to send me my tickets. When I realise that it had been a while since buying then and that I hadn't received then, I emailed and the problem was rectified straight away. Thank you so much.
