As always with One Traveller. Excellent organisation from start to finish. The hotel was well located, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and food very good.

Well organised visits and very interesting- meals out were superb as well as everything entertainment lovely in one restaurant- beautiful location- maybe a bit more relaxing time though. Lovely group of people and lovely guide.

Nice hotel in centre of Prague. We visited many paces including the fantastic Strahov library. The architecture in Prague is amazing. There were local guides who were full of information. We ate out in restaurants as well as the hotel which was great as we could try the national food. We had a go at making a silver coin and watched a glass decorating demo. Enjoyed my six days very much.

After an unresolved dispute with One Traveller going back to March , they are still retaining £500 of my money .
I had a brochure today - surprised I am still on their mailing list .
I would warn all potential travellers that my experience
has been terrible with this company.

The reply below from OT is meaningless. Two dispute letters to Ian Darkin MD have been ignored. They have no intention repaying my £500. despite being in default of their own T&C’s.

"Poor care for single traveller"

On the first night in Tallin I fell in the hotel and broke my knee cap. The tour manager saw me on the floor but did nothing. The hotel did not show any evidence of health and safety procedures. I managed to keep myself going throughout the tour and reported this to the company on my return. One Traveller tells me verbally that they are investigating but I wonder if they believe me, despite a doctor's report.
