"Whilst the travelling round"

Whilst the travelling round, and to, the Croation Islands was very interesting and enjoyable the vessel we travelled on could have been better. It was very clean and comfortable but lacked the amenities of a larger vessel.

"The Austrian holiday itself was great…"

The Austrian holiday itself was great but getting there a nightmare. Wish I’d realised before booking that you fly into Germany so when you land you have to wait for 4 hours for the guests who are leaving to arrive at the airport as they are in the coach you need. Then several hours to hotel by coach, with a loo stop which further delayed our arrival. Why not fly directly into Austria? Waste of our first day.

Well looked after throughout . Almost all meals provided for plus entry to galleries etc.
Excellent local guides, very good tour managers.
I usually choose long haul trips which have been wonderful.

"A very enjoyable experience visiting…"

A very enjoyable experience visiting Prague, Vienna and Budapest. A part of Europe that I have never visited before. An excellent Tour manager and a great group of fellow holiday makers (20 in all).
However, the amount of walking and standing during the city walking tours is not to be underestimated (I wouldn't recommend it for those with mobility problems) and the hotel in Vienna was poor compared with Prague and Budapest.

"A great trip to Stockholm"

I recently had a great trip to Stockholm, with One Traveller, and it was it's usual high standard. The hotel was in the centre of Stockholm so it was easy to access all the sights. The hotel, itself, was a good standard and the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The whole trip was really well organised with a brilliant Tour Manager and all the trips we did were excellent. I have travelled with One Traveller for many years, now, and I can honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed every trip that I have done, meeting some lovely people and making new friends along the way.

"Prague Vienna and Budapest "

Prague, Vienna and Budapest in June.
It was a very interesting time with many visits to castles and palaces. Some of the group found the walking a challenge.
Our Czech tour leader was a great personality and really made sure we all bonded.
The concert in Vienna was beautiful and we even managed to buy concert tickets on our free afternoon in Prague.

I enjoyed the trip to Umbria. Overall it was well organised and the highlights carefully chosen.
I think the rep could have been more proactive and although he was conscientious he kept well within what I assumed was his brief. The experience at the airport both going and returning was not as smooth as anticipated.
