WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. IF I COULD GIVE IT A MINUS 10 I WOULD.
I'VE BEEN WITHOUT SERVICE OFF AND ON FOR WEEKS. CAN'T CALL OUT OR RECEIVE CALLS. CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE MSGS ON EITHER MOBILE OR LAND LINE SERVICE. I'VE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE, WHEN I'VE BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT THEM, USUALLY ON A FRIEND'S PHONE. AND THEY OFFER ME A $30 CREDIT. LAST NGHT I WAS ABLE TO RECEIVE MESSAGES ON MOBILE BUT COULDN'T CALL OUT. TODAY...ZILCH. LAND LINE SERVICE IS DEAD. CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE TEXT MSGS. I'M 93 YEARS OLD WITH NO WAY TO GET HELP IF I NEED IT. TECHNOLOGY AT COMMUNITY PHONE SUCKS. THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN THEIER SERVICE IF THIS IS THE BEST THEY CAN DO. STAY AWAY FROM CP. THEIR ARE BETTER FISH IN THE SEA.

Customer support was absolutely outstanding. The support staff was always available, easily reached, very very polite and understanding, and went above and beyond to help with any problem I had. I've been shocked, I have never had an experience like this with any company. Kudos to those employees and to the management that picked them and trained them so well.
