"Nightmare"

Nightmare. The app just shows last year's card, not adding the new one. I called them at 4pm, they told me they were going to call me back in 20 mins, and now past 5pm these NOT helpful guys are now gone for the weekend. Disgrace.

"Avoid Awful customer services "

Awful experience trying to get rewards cards for our staff for Christmas, left holding on for ages 5 phone calls later. Customer Services are useless. Spent 2,500 twice will never use them again!

Overall a very positive experience with Perx Rewards. The ordering process was very straight forward and the cards arrived in a matter of days. We had a small number of employees who locked their cards but Fintan was very helpful and unlocked the cards in a matter of minutes. Would recommend.

"No after service support"

I have spent over €5000 in vouchers for my staff, about 20% can access their money. The service is appalling.

I just received an email this morning asking me to ring the helpline or email them. Despite spending the past two weeks doing the above …
Another 3 days passed and the same generic instructions that’s Don it work..

Another hour on the phone today, still no further on.
