Ridiculous. After 6 weeks support get back to me and tell me I need to enter the 6 digit code on back of card as secure login for 3d enrollment. Website only allows you to enter 4 digits.
Absolutely terrible service. Those 5 star reviews are definitely fake ones.

"Over 10 mails sent money lost "
Over 10 mails sent, my payment was successful, all though when prompted back to merchant page it said payment didn't go through; yet money from account was deducted.
I had no advice, response or peace of mind from this crowd.
I will suggest for my company to avoid next year in using Perx as I'll remind them to review trustpilot. That's gonna be a big loss in revenue.
Its been exactly 2 weeks the merchant acknowledged they seen the transaction and said it was cancelled; they said money should be back into my account in 14 days.
This is very disappointing as its been 14 days already and perx team didn't manage to respond to one email from dozen sent.
I provided the documents via email, can someone please acknowledge?

"Serious Compliance Issues – Extremely Disappointing Experience "
I successfully used a Perx card last year, but this time has been an absolute nightmare. I would strongly advise against using this service.
Despite multiple attempts to activate the cards via their "Get My eCard" app, no verification codes were received. I contacted Perx both as the company purchasing and gifting the cards and as a cardholder, but the issue remains unresolved. Emails were ignored, and phone support only offered empty promises to escalate the issue, with no follow-up or resolution.
As a financial service provider operating in Ireland, Perx (EML Money DAC, Company Number 423276, Ireland) is subject to Irish financial regulations. When customer complaints are ignored, it is possible to escalate the matter to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) and inform the Central Bank of Ireland. This level of negligence should warrant formal sanctions.
If you value reliability and proper customer service, avoid Perx cards entirely. They have failed on every level.

"Cant register Card"
Created an account fine but when trying to add the card I received from my employer for Christmas, I get an error and im prompted to call customer support who are no help. I was told my employer needs to ring, when they rang they were told I need to ring. My employer has reciepts for payment for the gift vouchers yet Perx Team are telling me there is nothing on the card. They just send you in circles and nobody willing to help. Awful service, Avoid !
