French Doors fitted on 22nd September by Scott. Apart from a little tweaking required, overall very pleased with quality of product and look of doors. Scott worked tirelessly in fitting doors and it was a pleasure to have a workman focus entirely on job with no breaks. Would choose Smith's again and would definitely recommend to family and friends

From the time the sales rep came to the time the doors and windows were fitted we found the service first class.The sales rep was polite and courteous and answered our questions professionally,the fitting team "Grant and Danny"were hard working and done the job very well,we were particularly pleased with the finishing,they also very tidy taking away all of the old windows.Overall we were very pleased with the product and the service.

Quality of windows good but I had a problem with the front door I rang the telephone number supplied pressed the right number for the department i needed and sat on the phone for ten minutes and never got an answer so I pressed the number for sales and got an answer straight away funny that the person from sales said they would take my number and get the right department ro give me a ring two days later still heard nothing tried to ring again same problem said they would get someone to ring me day later still heard nothing. After care useless but quick enough to get on the phone for payment . Shame because I was happy with the windows it's just after care let's them down.

Avoid or use at your peril. Regret the day I ever ordered a replacement front door. When rep visited said I wanted exactly the same but when door arrived it was with plain glass not frosted probably a lack of understanding the difference between the 2. Raised this with them and made official complaint and as seems to be there Company policy they do not respond to you in any way shape or form which seems by other comments on site their normal. All they seem happy with is take your money and run.
Now seeking other avenues to get this addressed

MY BIGGEST MISTAKE. I DONT NEED ANYMORE WORK TO BE DONE BUT THEY DON’T WANT TO STOP PHONING ME. THEY RING ME EVERY DAY AND THEY ALSO RANG THE DAY MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY. WHATEVER YOU DO NEVER GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER ESPECIALLY THE LANDLINE. THEY WILL TORTURE YOU. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT SWEARING. Despite writing this review they have phoned me again. Sam from marketing department has called me again and booked 10 am appointment for Thursday 22/11/2018and second appointment is for 26/11/2018 on Monday at 11:30. In smiths last reply they said my details have been removed from marketing so why is Sam still harassing me to take a quote? I had to turn off missed calls alert texts because of these marketing calls only from Smiths Glass. I am receiving nearly 15-20 messages for missed calls from Smiths Glass 01268295848.

We have recently had new windows installed by Smiths and the end result looks very good; the product is high quality and the main fitter that we had was extremely professional in his approach. Very little clearing up to do post installation and only one window recess which required a touch of paint afterwards. It has taken us a while to get there (we are very grateful to the factory manager for his help) but overall very pleased with the end result.
