"Exemplary customer service"

We needed a new thermostatic cartridge for a shower mixer of unknown age, probably 15 years old. I thought I would need to disassemble the shower to identify the right part but phoned Hansgrohe to check. My call was very swiftly answered by a person (not to be taken for granted) who was very polite and helpful - "Send a photo of it as installed and we'll identify it". I did, in 30 minutes I had the part number identified and 15 minutes later ordered and acknowledged. Exemplary customer service throughout. Thank you Kyle and Hannah.

"Hansgrohe Raindance Showerhead"

I had a fault with a Hansgrohe Raindance showerhead which was fitted in 2020 and fell within its 5 year warranty I got in contact with Emma Price a Customer Technician who was brilliant and a new one was delivered within a couple of days free of charge!!! Can't thank you enough Emma.

One shower hose in my four year old new build house started leaking. I contacted Hansgrohe on 22nd July and I got the replacement hose on 25th July! Thank you Emma (customer support) for speedy resolution. I will definitely buy Hansgrohe products in future.

"Broken Raindance shower head"

I had a Raindance shower head which began leaking at the neck. I tried to tighten it up but the plastic insert was brittle and snapped along the thread.
After a discussion with my supplier,
I emailed customer service @ Hansgrohe and dealt with Lewis. Several parts were suggested to rectify the problem, but my supplier advised it was not repairable,
Although the showerhead had just passed its 5 yr warranty, I am pleased to report that I was supplied with a replacement.
I felt I was treated fairly and have confidence in Hansgrohe.

Excellent customer service. Reported an issue with a tap that was 2 years old. Instant reply to say issue received and a response within a couple of hours saying a replacement was on its way. It arrived safely from Germany within the time period informed and fitting was simple. Superb service and a delighted customer.

"Faulty mixer tap cartridge"

The cartridge on my Metris basin tap was faulty, making the handle very stiff to turn and use.

I wasn't sure about warranty but Abigal responded within a few hours to state it was and a replacment cartridge was sent out within about 2-3 days.
Replaced and all is good.
Abigail's concise and speedy response was great and took a headache out of an issue noone really wants. Thank you.

I contacted Hansgrohe technical support as I had a problem with bath/shower fitting and it wasn't clear quite how it should come apart. Emma has been most helpful and has encouraged me via various emails to fully resolve the problem rather than simply pushing me to buy new parts.

Thank you for your support! After installing the Hansgrohe Vernis basin tap it was leaking. I've contacted the customer service and they've replied in less than 12 hours. They've provided a couple of possible reasons for the leak and, once other possible causes have been excluded, they've sent the replacement part. No costs on my side since the tap was under warranty, the part arrived in a couple of days and now the tap works perfectly fine! Excellent service!
