I was experiencing issues with my Hansgrohe single lever deck bath mixer and therefore emailed Hansgrohe customer service. As promised, I received communication from Ben Bushell in the Technical Department within 48 hours. Ben dealt with my enquiry in a professional and courteous manner, and needless to say he has arranged to have the parts shipped out to me directly from Germany.

I cannot thank Lewis Kyberd, Customer Techician at Hansgrohe for his prompt service. I really believe he went beyond the call of duty. His boss should be very proud of him. Although I have always praised Hansgrohe for quality and style I can now add another tick for service.
As a goodwill jester Lewis replaced FOC two parts I was concerned with. He was really patient with an old fart
and took time to explain everything and was prepared to listen to my thoughts on the problem. Thank you again Lewis, you are a credit to your company. If you lived close by I would share a tot of rum or port with you.
