This is an examplar of how getting support from a big company should be. Although my my issue replacing a minor part of a bath shower was actually quite trivial (existing control knob did not fit the latest revision of the device it was attached to), Hansgrohe support were very professional & attentive.
In the end, they supplied f.o.c. from their German parent, the uprated part in three days. This fitted perfectly and will probably outlast the bath and its' owner! Job done.

"Replacement shower valve"
Called Hansgrohe customer support regarding the replacement of an on/off shower valve that I had recently purchased. Emma kindly provided an exploded diagram of the complete shower cartridge which resolved the technical issue. Great support provided in a very timely fashion.

Needed a replacement part under warranty for our shower, contacted hansgrohe with the relevant information who responded really quickly and we received the replacement part a couple of days later. Not often you get service like this these days, very impressed.

Appalling customer service!
Have a leaking shower head which Hansgrohe refuse to replace although still within warranty (2 years left). We are in a new build house & I was asked to send them proof of purchase which I did (Developers signed key allocation on purchase of our house) but this is not good enough for Hansgrohe apparently who require a copy of a solicitors’ letter/completion certificate neither of which I’m happy or confident to email in case our security is compromised.

"Leaking shower head."
Had a leaking shower head that needed replacing under warranty but I had no proof of purchase and my builder had gone out of business and was uncontactable. The customer service people were very understanding and did accept a builder’s estimate to be able to get me a free replacement. I don’t believe many other companies would have done this.
