"Really good team at Hansgrohe"

Really good team at Hansgrohe, always very helpful and resolve issues well. In this instance, Daniel absolutely sorted the issue that we had with our shower out - and the warranty on the Hansgrohe products is fantastic.

"Contact Form Doesnt Work, but Email Works Well"

The Contact form on the website doesnt work. That's a big negative. You fill it out, write everything down, press send... and it fails, but without informing you of anything.

But... if you call the office number on the Contact form they will give you an email to which you can email your enquiry directly. Once you do the service is very good.

"My expensive showerhead is leaking…"

My expensive showerhead is leaking badly during warranty period - support agent Abigail insists it is due to limescale - I assured her it is not - there is simply no evidence of limescale on the showerhead or anywhere in my property. She simply doesn't believe me. I feel both insulted and defrauded (Ticket 3899192)

"Excellent customer service"

Excellent customer service. Needed a cartridge for my sink. Emailed a copy of my NHBC certificate and a picture of the tap and a day later received the cartridge. Service second to none. Thank you Hannah and the team.

"Great Customer Service"

Purchased a new kitchen tap. How ever when I fitted it I found I could not remove the top to access the cartridge etc. I emailed customers services and corresponded with Emma. She was great, nothing to much trouble and the issue has been resolved by sending a new tap top out.
Good customer service unlike a lot of other companies. Makes a massive difference.
Thanks again

"Wonderful customer service"

Wonderful customer service - a small piece of a fitting was lost by our contractors, and they happily replaced it free of charge. Their attitude while doing so was fantastic. We'll definitely use them again when the opportunity arises

"Left a previous review regarding…"

Left a previous review regarding Hansgrohe meaningless warranty. Paint adhesion to surface very poor quality. I was contacted by trustpilot saying company had requested my contact details but as yet no follow up or response from Hansgrohe ( similar to company warranty, empty promises).

"Chrome plating blistering and peeling"

Genuinely some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would avoid their products at all costs. We have had several of their mixer taps and shower heads installed in our property and all have had blistering and peeling of the chrome plating. These items have all been cleaned in accordance with their own cleaning recommendations on their website. Not interested. When contacted via email with photos, I was informed that we have been cleaning them incorrectly. Impossible to tell from a photo and the taps are in immaculate condition apart from the peeling.

EDIT
I have asked Hansgrohe to review their decision and awaiting a reply, I will update once I have a response back.
Incredible how much these products cost and the amount of blistering underneath the fully intact chrome plating. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Blistering occurs when gases, generally hydrogen or nitrogen, expand from inside the pores of the plated object. These gases often come from the lubricant applied to the die during manufacturing. When the object becomes heated enough, the gases expand toward its surface and push against the chrome plating, creating a visible bubble or blister. A severe blister can also cause the plating to lift off entirely.

Blistering can also occur if the object's surface was unclean when the plating occurred. In this case, dirt particles may cause blistering because of the plating's poor adherence. Ensuring the cleanliness of the base metal can help avoid this issue.

I suppose it’s easier to say it’s a cleaning issue though…. 🙈

Let’s hope the poor customer service is rectified and I will edit this reply.
