My second review of the abysmal service offered by these jokers. Our internet has gone off… again! Back to running a whole households needs off one mobile phone, costing me an absolute arm and a leg in data. It’s Monday and as soon as Friday (5 days away) they can have an engineer out to us. This service is utter garbage. No apology, the guy on the phone couldn’t give less of a sh#t if he tried. Terrible.
P.S to the faceless droid offering its snivelling apology by reply, you will get a one star review every time you muck me about… every… time… it… goes… off… 1….Star…. Review!

Moving to , I have not had one issue - nothing - everything was so so smooth and the internet speed was so great - I took it for granted I think - now moved to a new supplier and I can feel the difference -
And since I had to send my hubspot back big shout out to Sanja at customer service who was nothing but amazing -
Hyperoptic I feel that you’re marketing team isn’t doing you justice and should shout out louder about your brand -

"I can't even comment on the quality"
I would love to comment in the quality of the Internet services provided by Hyperoptic, but unfortunately, they have completely failed to set up my Internet. I've now had to pay an additional month with virgin media and my hyperoptic connection has still not been set up. I have not had a useful updates despite calling 3 or 4 times and it's coming up to 2 weeks past the activation date.
I don't think their current service can be recommended at all. Other providers may have worse connection, but at least they're connected.

"I had an ongoing problem with my router…"
I had an ongoing problem with my router and connecting to certain add-ons in my apartment. I contacted technical support and after a long time the situation has been completely and utterly fixed and this is down to one person who has been dealing with my case.
They have been very understanding about my lack of technical knowledge and listen to everything that I was saying.
Everything was done via the messaging service because I’m not a great person to talk on the phone.
And the agent who I want to praise and thank you so much is

"Appalling customer service"
Very efficient at signing you up. Then never answer the phone on the technical line to get connected. If you ask for a call back they say they will “in a few minutes” and then you hear nothing.
If you want a taste of what dealing with BT in the 1970s was like, try Hyperoptic. Just make sure you’ve got plenty of time on your hands.

I feel like these reviews are paid for as this network providers are just rubbish. Thier customer service is the worst and they don't even know what they are talking about, costing people more money and sounding more arrogant each year. Such rubbish, after my contract expires I am done. 3 years and they seem to get worse. Especially thier Asian customer service 🙄 btw I mean your customer service people of Asian descent (thought what I said before was clear enough) just rubbish this company

Anthony D (14651) was super friendly, professional and installed the equipment in no time! The service was installed promptly and it was all cleaned in the end of the service. He also helped me to connect to the internet in my phone and it was working just fine.
