"Overall good experience except for matching specialist"

We have overall had a good experience with Cultural Care. Our LCC is great and responsive whenever we have needed her. We were incredibly disappointed with the “matching specialist” when our au pair left us unexpectedly and we needed to find a new au pair quickly. The matching specialist provided very little support and was basically useless. Everyone else affiliated with the company has been great.

"Easy Matching Process"

Our experience with cultural care so far has been positive through the application and matching process. As a first time host family, our local coordinator has been very helpful. Our au pair does not arrive for another several months so I can't yet speak to that part of the experience.
