"Not at all happy about muzada cable…"

Not at all happy about muzada cable railing very expensive the cable loosen. Is not safe. I wish I had gone with your local Home Depot where you can get preassembled railings. I don't believe these will pass inspection. Biggest regret with my new home build. So much more work.

"Dumb proof and quick."

Ordering process was easy as well as installation and assembly. One thing I wish there Muzata would change is that angle top mounted post be 2x2 instead of 1x2 and maybe there should be an option of steeper angle for non typical/older staircases. Really dumb proof system.

Customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend using the design service. They are really helpful. I was assisted by Peggy throughout my project. She was a great help. Some parts were missing but Peggy sent them to me very quickly. Thanks to the whole Muzata team.
