They explained everything in details and actually told me some functions I have never known for the previous 10 years. Highly recommended and trust worthy company.

"Osim UK won't repair a back massager…"

Osim UK won't repair a back massager just because I bought it in Hong Kong. The item has hardly been used, but there is something wrong with the cable connection as it works intermittently. I was happy to pay for an out of warranty repair if cheaper than replacing it, but obviously there stuff is not built to last, and they happy for people to not recycle things.
