"Very disappointed"
Very disappointed! Ordered a plant and it came smaller and half dead. Reached out to customer service and was offered store credit. Alright, I was willing to try and order again. New plants arrived in a better condition and I was still hoping for the best for the old plant. After two weeks, I noticed that the original plant is infested with worms. Horrible! Really sad experience.

Absolutely amazing customer service with Bloomscape. I had a shipping issue with a housewarming gift I was sending, and Francesca took care of the issue immediately!
I was also given a Bloomscape trio as a housewarming gift and I love it! It is such a unique and special gift. Easy to care for with the directions and info given on each plant.
Bloomscape will always be my go to for a new home gift of good luck!

"I received a plant from Bloomscape…"
I received a plant from Bloomscape yesterday. I knew I had not ordered it so I contacted them. They told me that the card must have not been put in the box but it was from The Farmers Dog regarding my dog, Maya. They apologized for the error and told me exactly what the card said. The plant was delivered by FedEx and was in great shape. The box was perfect for the plant and it was still moist and I now have it sitting where I can see it every day.
They got back to me immediately with the information I needed and I was impressed that the plant was packaged so well and arrived in such good condition; having never ordered a live plant before.

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM"
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ordered two plants for Mother’s Day going to two different locations and both arrived in horrible condition and promptly died. When reaching out to customer service they could only do store credit and were unapologetic. Their plants are overpriced to begin with why would I repurchase from them. If you want to send a dead plant to a family member this is the company for you.

I ordered and a Bromeliad Pineapple, and a ZZ plant.
I have had a ZZ plant for about 2 years, and i absolutely love them.
When i received my plants and was placing them i noticed a few brown marks on my old plant. I contacted their specialists, and even though i didn't buy that plant from them they quickly gave me a quick response and some things to do.
I have placed a second order for a Sansevieria. I had a beautiful large one, but i killed it. I have been more of an outdoor plant guy. But with support if i need it is so appreciated.
Love the pots they come in too.

"Shipped late & plant stolen"
Ordered “Colorful Collection” trio of plants as a birthday gift for my friend. Ordered 4/30. Due to a technical error my order didn’t ship on-time. Bloomscape offered to upgrade my shipping to express 2-day air and created a label on 5/9. What a mess from there. The plants didn’t arrive to UPS until 5/12 and weren’t delivered until 5/17, long after my friend’s birthday. The box had also been broken into and one of the three plants was stolen. There was soil all over the box and the remaining two plants in disarray. Wasn’t a very impressive birthday gift when my friend opened it. I upgrade from 1 star to 2 star because Bloomscape gave me a full refund and were apologetic. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"This company is a complete SCAM!"
This company is a complete scam. They send you dead plants and will not refund your money. I purchased a lavender tree for my mother and it was dead on arrival. They are overpriced and a disgusting company. Scam! Scam!

My daughter sent me a lavender tree for Mother's Day. It didn't look very healthy when it arrived, but I hoped for the best. It has been less than two weeks...and it is already dead. I followed the instructions, to no avail. I feel awful that my daughter spent her hard-earned money on such a disappointing gift. i don't have the heart to tell her.

"I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape…"
I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape which consisted of the ZZ plant, Sansevieria and the Hoya plant in early spring, and to date my plants have really flourished. I am so excited and pleased.
My ZZ and the Hoya plants had to be repotted in a bigger pot. When Bloomscape get their pots in I will order a couple so I can repot my Sansevieria. I now know why I bought these beautiful plants because they enrich your lives and a room

"5 star customer service"
Rarely do I ever write reviews, but I ordered a care package and found out that the soil scoop was missing. Reached out and Alex got back to me in a timely manner. I asked if I can buy and add potting soil to the replacement order. He sent me confirmation for the replacement scoop and included the soil at the inconvenience of the situation. Appreciate it so much!
