"Great Customer Service"
I ordered a large tree in a planter which arrived a few days after the expected date, damaged, and with a broken pot. However, this is not Bloomscape's fault, as it was delivered (and left on the truck for days) by UPS. Bloomscape was incredibly responsive, friendly, and offered several options to correct the situation. You can't really ask for more from a company! Would've give 5 stars , but I do need to find a new tree locally...

"Don't Buy From Bloomscape"
I would NOT recommend this company, instead buy from a local plant store! My plant arrived upside down and broken. Dirt everywhere and a mess that I had to clean up. The stand was also broken. Bloomscape offered to replace the plant but would not offer a refund. Now I am once again dealing with UPS delivery issues (my time and effort). The company should have offered a refund all together.

"Very poor customer service."
Plants delivered well, but their customer service is horrible. They have no 800 number, and took forever to get back to me. For the prices that they charge, I expect excellent customer service. I have been tempted to purchase from them again, but I will not, when I think of the poor customer service. I find the personality of the company to be impersonal, cold and greedy.

"Plant arrived damaged and a poor specimen, all customer service does is argue."
Spent a fortune ordering an "XL" snake plant from Bloomscape. It arrived smashed in half (most of the leaves broken), and half the size of a previous order and their pictures. The rejects at our local nursery don't even look this bad. I ordered from Bloomscape expecting a nice full plant with leaves. Contacted support, and crazily they argue wanting me to "measure the plant" top to bottom to prove it's too small (just the picture shows it's bad!) and suggest I cut off and propagate the broken leaves! Yes Bloomscape, I spent double what I could have bought a perfect version from Home Depot getting a plant from you to have to spend time propogating leaves! Sadly will not order from Bloomscape again when they send a subpar plant then want to argue about it's quality instead of just admit I got a bad and damaged plant.

"Really impressed with the service"
Really impressed with the service! I received the wrong bundle and the customer service quickly sent out a new replacement and allowed me to keep the wrong bundle. Very impressed with the response time and action taken! I'll absolutely purchase again!

"Gave me full credit even though they weren’t at fault!"
I ordered plants that were severely damaged in shipping and the nice folks at Bloomscape gave me a full credit for everything I ordered. Excellent customer service and the plants would have been lovely if the shipping company hadn't smashed the boxes and froze them!

"Unethical company - run away"
RUN! These people are unethical. Despite my better judgement, ordered a large plant from them. Mistake! I opened the box, and the plant collapsed. Every single branch was broken, it had been in transit too long and was wilting, delivery service had treated it badly. When I wrote to ask for a refund, they said I could only get store credit. I don't want another plant from them, it'll probably come just as damaged! They failed to perform the only task I paid them to do - deliver a plant in good condition - and then won't refund money. Stay away!

Disgusted with the state of the plant they sent. I was skeptical about shipping plants and Bloomscape absolutely confirmed my suspicions. I wish I had a way to share the photo I took of the destroyed Prayer Plant they sent me. Never again!

I did not purchase from here.
But, I had a question about my first ever, Bird of Paradise. Francesca was terrific, helping me resolve my problems, even though I didn’t purchase from here?.!
I certainly appreciate Francesca’s help. She could of told me to, Go fly a kite! Especially since my BOP didn’t come from them!?
But, she didn’t do that! She was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, with all my questions. She wanted photos, of the plant, plus the problem area, on the plant. Francesca, and the Grow Team, knows their stuff.
