"I received a big Fiddle Leaf fig tree…"
I received a big Fiddle Leaf fig tree from Bloomscape recently, and it quickly started to drop leaves and begin to die. I reached out to the Bloomscape customer service, and they not only gave me very thorough instructions on how to revive my plant, they gave me a coupon code to make up for the cost. Their reply went above and beyond in every way, and I can't wait to order some new plants soon!

"Fantastic Customer Service!"
I’ve ordered a few plants from Bloomscape and they’ve always arrived happy and healthy. My most recent purchase was a White Knight Philodendron…a very rare (and pricey) plant that I just had to have! I recently noticed it wasn’t doing too well so I contacted their customer support with details and photos. Emma H. got back to me the very next day with a likely diagnosis and how to (hopefully) save the plant. Even though I was well beyond the 30 day guarantee, she also gave me store credit for the price of the plant since the white knight was no longer in stock. I didn’t even ask for or expect any kind of refund! They went above and beyond my expectations and I will order my plants exclusively from Bloomscape from now on!!

"I'm done"
I'm done. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I ordered three plants using a coupon they gave me after not being able to fulfill an order earlier this year. My package arrived today and it's missing the plant I was most excited to get. There's no packing slip so I have no way of knowing if they forgot to put it in the box or what. I've emailed customer service and I'm fully expecting to get a similar song and dance I got earlier this year.

"Plants with mites!"
I thought the plant I received was healthy until it slowly started dying. When it started looking sickly, I decided to look at a photo of the plant I took the day it arrived and I'm now noticing that one segment of the plant was completely covered in mites. Now I'm realizing that the mites slowly took over the entire plant and I didn't realize it until it was too late. It's been a year now and I just threw my plant out. I'm so upset I spent so much money on a plant. I have purchased healthier plants at IKEA and Costco for 80% less. Don't waste your money!

"Beware of Thrips"
I ordered a monstera deliciosa. The plant was beautiful. I started noticing damage on the leaves. The plant was infested with thrips. I emailed twice about noticing damage; however, since I didn’t know about thrips at the time, I thought it may have arrived damaged. I emailed twice and got no response. I had no other plants in the room with this one thank God. Horrible customer service.

I have been buying plants from here over and over. Most of the times they come in great condition and other times they are easily replaced so I can't complain. It is on the pricier side so I will recommend checking out competitor's prices. But if you have the money then this is a safe bet!

"Inspect your plant for pests!"
Inspect your plant for pests! I received a bromeliad from bloomscape and the plant itself was beautiful. The plant was large, in great condition, and had a pup already growing. When I first opened the package, I was suspicious of spider mites and kept the plant separate from my others. Today I separated the pup and on close inspection, the plant is infested with spider mites, scale, and another pest I have yet to identify! Thankfully, I kept it far away from my other plants or I would have a huge pest problem!

"Plant I received was unlike plant pictured."
I purchased an EL Ponytail Palm as a housewarming gift for my son. The picture of the XL plant was very impressive. However the plant he received was much smaller than expected. I was unable to speak directly with a person. Through several texts they determined my plant was a perfectly appropriate size. The plant was $150 with 30% off plus tax shipping and handling. I won't be buying anything from this company again. Should have stuck with a local business. Lesson learned.

I do not understand all of the bad reviews. If you do not like their return policy, then don't buy their product.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Bloomscape. Even when things go wrong, which they will when you ship things that are living, they bend over backwards to fix it.
No. They are not Amazon. But thank God for that.
Keep doing what you are doing, Bloomscape. Your customers see your value, and we know that what you are doing is hard.
If you are ever lucky enough to have Kit C. help you out, count your lucky star. That person should manage every customer service department in existence. Amazing.
