"Mother’s Day gift a disaster"
I ordered a hanging basket for my mother for Mother’s Day. It was delivered yesterday. It was a huge disaster! The box was delivered on its side with soil coming out even though the box says this side up. The plants were crushed. The bamboo stick that would keep it in place was hanging loose. On top of that was your website. When I tried to file a claim it would not let me submit. I was very excited about your website but am wary now. I am hoping for a happy outcome. I sent an email with photos yesterday but have received no response. Now I’m struggling to send something to my mom from out of town by tomorrow. Disappointed is an understatement!

"The plant was never shipped and no customer service."
The plant was never shipped. They don’t have phone customer service. Their response was a standard apology, with no tracking or indication when the order would be shipped. After about two weeks, I tried to cancel the order —- no response.
I finally had to reject the payment through dispute resolution on my credit card.
Worse customer service of any online retailer.

Abysmal customer service and they will not cancel orders, even when attempted immediately. We purchased a "mother's day plant" only to be told after the purchase was completed that it would not ship until a week after mother's day. We submitted a cancellation request within minutes. We followed up with a separate email to customer service - since they do not take phone calls. We were told that the order could not be cancelled since it was already being processed - even though it apparently isn't shipping for over a week. This makes no sense given the fact that we requested the order be cancelled within minutes after completing the purchase. Do not order from this company. They are deceptive and just want to take your money and it doesn't appear they will process cancellations at all.

Edited to say they were very fast to grant my refund and they auto-sent a letter explaining why and offering a little credit toward a future purchase. Thank you Kristen!
Just another company very quick to process your payment and then full of well-meaning excuses why they can't ship when they promise. My order #770732 is still processing today (Sunday), when it should have sent "within" the week that just ended. It seems customer care tried, they responded fast to me at least. This isn't a complaint about them or even the shipping/packing guys. I'm sure people work hard and simply don't have the right resources or policies company-wide to make good on the expectations they set. Another late gift and dissapointing service I'll never try again.

My plant was shipped upside down, so it was a total mess. Bloomscape didn't care. The plant also had fungus gnats. Don't recommend.

"Wilfully misleading, expensive and takes ages to deliver"
This company pretends to be local - do not be misled unless you are in Michigan they are not. They say they ship in 2-6 days - or sooner. What they mean is 6 days to prepare and 7 days to ship - again misleading. They are expensive and completely uninterested in the fact that they are conning customers. Buyers beware.

"CS FAIL"
Emailed several times for CS support, no answer. Finally found a number to call and when I got through I was told, "we do not currently offer customer service by phone, please feel free to email us"
I emailed the 7th, 11th & 14th prior to ordering. No order number.

I love all of my Bloomscape plants! They make it super easy for me to get fresh plants to my home. The convenience and access to help when I need it is great!

"They're pretending to be a business"
These people want you to think it's OK for them to take your money, hold it for 10+ days, and not provide any tracking information.
They delayed a gift beyond the day I needed it, and showed absolutely zero remorse.
Their whole "hey, we might not ship this if the weather is bad" thing is a giant lie. They don't actually have the product when they sell it to you, so they use that time to find a plant for you.
This was a business dreamed up in some college kid's head and funded with daddy's money.
Unless you're into pain and suffering, I would avoid doing business with bloomscape.

"Terrible customer service"
Ads claim shipment in 4 to 6 days and delivery by valentines day. Not true. takes them 4 to 6 days to even process an order. No phone support... only email and that takes 2 days or more to respond. Ordered 2/4 and still on 2/11 have no shipping info. Either they are too busy or totally inept, but it doesn't matter. Will never recommend or do business with them again.
