"Plants"

We had an amazing experience with bloomscape . Our plant was delivered with care and had deep green leaves and healthy flowering. It was a truly beautiful plant. Thank you !

"10/10 Wouldn’t Recommend"

Don’t buy from this company, paid $35 for a small philo heart leaf and it came in embarrassingly poor condition for a company who sells plants. I wish I came to this site and read these reviews before I purchased, don’t make the same mistake.

"They sent the smallest plant I have…"

They sent the smallest plant I have ever seen. This is a $ 5 plant I paid over $35.00. How embarrassing this showed up as a gift.
After reaching out the company did replace the plant.

"Awful company"

Awful company. Where to start? Plants were delivered literally upside down. So that’s a solid hour clearing up soil from the house once we unpacked. Plants were also seemingly half dead. Oh, right, and they came with flies/mites. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid. Just go to your local garden center.

"Impressively bad experience"

Impressively bad experience with Bloomscape.. Four days after I placed my order, it still had not shipped. I contacted customer service and they told me UPS never picked up the order, so they had to reprocess the order. I requested a rush order to get the plants here before Christmas, but was told by customer service that even with a rush order, the plants would still not arrive by Christmas since order processing is 2-5 days. Upon reprocessing the order, they discovered the items are now out of stock.

Here's my favorite part, the website still says rush orders will deliver before Christmas. This is a poorly run operation.

"Absolutely horrible"

Absolutely horrible. The plant came damaged and all the stems are broken. I’ve essentially gotten a pot with small leaves when I paid for an XL plant. Unacceptable

"HORRIBLE!!!"

HORRIBLE!!!! What an embarrassing company. I order and Paid for expressing shipping on a Sympathy Plant and when I went to track the order due to is taking days longer to arrive than expected (even after payment) I have emailed the "support" email and I STILL have not received a response back.. There is no number or fast/ Efficient way to get what you paid for. SCAM!!! No number, Email goes to a space and your money sits in their pockets.. Please PLEASE do not order and waste your time/money for their benefit!

"AVOID! THIS IS A SCAM"

Placed an order weeks ago, website says waiting for product to ship, when i asked customer service they placed a new order where there's ZERO way to track it. No one answers my emails and i just lost 400 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

"Bloomscape- please add a phone contact for your company"

I ordered a potted Christmas tree and plant stand for my daughter for her birthday. I included expedited shipping. It was not until after I paid for the order that I got a receipt from the company stating that the plant and stand would not ship for two to five days. In that same email I was told I would receive tracking information as soon as the items shipped. I never received any tracking information even though there was a link in the receipt. The cost for the paid for 2-3 day expedited shipping was $60. 4 days after the purchase my daughter received the plant stand part of the order. She never received the plant which was very expensive. The only tracking information available to me, which was the only access I had from the original receipt I received by email states that the item has been delivered which it has not -only part of the purchase was delivered. I have no idea what the status of the plant is since I have gotten no information from the company and there is no way to talk to anyone . There is no phone number to call. You can only fill out a customer request on their website which states that they will get back to you in 2 to 3 days which is ridiculous. I spent over $300 on a single purchase and only received a wooden plant stand (a day late based on the expedited shipping I purchased). And there is no way to speak to someone about the issue. I'm sure this will receive the same pat response I read when I found this website of reviews for the company- "So sad to hear about your current problem with the company." I feel very taken advantage of. I wanted to do something nice for my daughter for her birthday and I feel like this company has ruined it. On top of that I paid them to ruin it for me. It's hard to trust a company that has so much fine print.

An update to this review added December 7 in fairness. Although communication with the company was very difficult due to the fact that they did not have a direct phone line, I posted several messages on their help page and did get responses. Eventually the plant was delivered to my daughter although not in the time paid for. The company refunded the delivery charge with no questions asked. And the plant my daughter received was in her words,"the most extravagant gift I've ever received." She thought it was extremely beautiful and lovely and healthy.

An additional update 11/9 explaining my final rating of the company- The tracking email information for my plant actually showed up in the past 2 days -well past delivery. Obviously there was a problem with the way things were processing. I got a personal response from the company, as well as daily texts and photos from my daughter about how much she loves plant. I highly recommend they add a phone number contact and explicit information about what expedited shipping really means for a plant that is carefully chosen before shipment because their plants are clearly high quality and worth the money and time you will invest when you purchase one (or many).
