"Dont use this service its piss poor from my experience!!!"

I was made an offer on my home and was going to accept this offer when the realtor/salesperson was explaining the processes of the different type of programs. She assured me she can sell my house at this inflated rate so, I went with her selling my home only to reduce the price and again requested we reduce again now we would have been below the offer price!

The type of behavior suspect at best and I have every intention on pursing this legally.

This was a piss poor performance and i should have realized this when she showed up with fuzzy flip flops to install the sign.

i will warn other sellers of the practices used and the Quality of the talent orchard possesses. I lost the home that we made an offer on a house in NC. because of the long delay in selling this home.

This is shameful!!!!
