Terrible online store MY JUICE bottles came broken in shipping and tasted i kid you not like poison that was left out too long there online staff were very unhelpful telling me nothing was wrong with the juice it just "me" I didn't even want my money back just the juice gone I admit other juices have been alright but still pretty flavourless I URGE YOU TO BUY FROM ANY OTHER NZ STORE don't even get me started on there "moderated" reviews which just means they wont post your review if you have a negative experience, don't believe me go look at there online store and find me a negative review coming here and to trust pilot seeing a 2 star "poor" rating only makes me angrier that they can continue to run like this. I will never buy any juice from them ever again due to my experience

"These guys are absolute scam artists"
These guys are absolute scam artists! (Shosha Invercargill) They sell you products that are faulty and then when you take it back to them they try and claim that it's something you've done. They told me that they'd said not to charge it overnight. This is incorrect and when I called them out on it they then insinuated I was lying. This guy wasn't even the one that served me, so now they're psychic and are speaking for all of their staff. I've been using Smok products for years and I've never had this problem. They're trying to worm their way out of replacing the product.

"Avoid them!"
I went in store with a vape that had a fault. First up we replaced the batteries to eliminate that as a problem. Seemed to go fine, but shortly after leaving the store it began playing up again by misfiring and telling me battery is low, even though they're fully charged. We left the store though, thinking we had it fixed.
Once home, I called Shosha Dunedin to advise the problem wasn't in fact fixed and we asked what the next step was.
Man on the phone advised us of our options but stated that they would have to send the item away, and in the meantime, I have to go without a vape. The thing is, I went in store with my money and paid for what I was under the impression, was a working product. It has a major fault that prevents the device from working as it should. We asked about refund/replacement and this is where the man on the phone became rude and evasive. Kyle, was the name he gave, and he stated that Shosha "Don't do refunds" which I advised was illegal under the consumer guarantees act. Kyle became very dismissive of me after mentioning this, and told me I'd have to speak to management. I asked him for a contact number and was provided with the 0800 number to call. The issue isn't this guy's fault, so I'm not sure why he took it upon himself to be arrogant about it. It's safe to say that the $18 I spent each on batteries in Shosha, will be the last cent I ever spend on the company. Absolutely disgusted in the way I was spoken to over the phone, especially as I was nothing but polite and assertive in my communication.
They finally agreed to send my mod away for testing. I waited about a week, and then called the store to learn they hadn't sent it away, they'd been vaping it in-store all week and it was working fine. So I had my partner pick the vape up and within 5 minutes of leaving the store, it had done the same issue again. So I took the mod with me for the weekend and got video proof of the issue several times over. Then had my partner return to the store AGAIN and told them she wouldn't be leaving until she had a replacement. Thankfully she got one.
Avoid these guys at all cost. Overpriced, underinformed and just downright dodgy.

Do not allow bad reviews for poor quality products on their website. Reviews are 'moderated' and it is not required to have a verified email. If you had a particular goal in mind would be very easy to fill the site with less than truthful picture about customer satisfaction.

Hate going into the shosha stores. As a girl I feel uncomfortable as the guys are Pervy. And some very rude, walked into one yesterday the guys saying how he hates his job and he doesn’t like sitting around not getting money (which he was) saying how he can get money better after work. Ridiculous and immature and ABSOLUTELY USELESS, I always have problems. Their juices are ass and overpriced and their vapes always give problems but don’t give refunds. HIGHLY Recommend any store apart from shosha it’s so bad.

"$150 device stops working after used only twice!"
Bought a Lawless dry herb vape 4 months ago and only used twice and now it won't charge.
Shosha's first answer is to talk to Lawless, and then both Shosha and Lawless comes back to me saying it is out of warranty and nothing they can and will do.

"Really Poor Customer Service and avoiding obligations under the CGA"
Really poor customer service, does not abide by the Consumers Guarantee Act, and if you get a little up set about something and point put you are only looking out for your rights under the CGA, they ask you to leave the store and say this is a verbal trespass notification.
There products are generally end of line and therefore when they break they cannot replace and always offer store credit which again is against the CGA.
To get a full refund they demand box as well that the item came in, my items was not even three months from date of purchase.
