One month to get a Vase product! First one was had a hole in. Took 3 weeks to get replacement! Arrived in a plastic box smashed to pieces. Very unhelpful and rude. Very hard to deal with! Never going back!

Shosha have terrible after sales care.
Manukau Store don’t understand how consumer law works. Attempted to return a faulty vape and they will pulled every string to tell me “No.”
Auckland in red light setting and one of the store employees was not wearing a mask for the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. Poor consumer service, would recommend people visit cosmic over shosha. Cosmic have a higher level of after sales care and understand NZ consumer law.

"Hands down the worst store ever"
Hands down the worst store ever. The store is bad in every aspect including the prices, stock, products and mainly customer service. The shisha pipe i purchased broke the moment i took it home. Cheaply built products and no refunds on broken items.
Never waste your time and money here.

I just received my order 2 Item for my revenger X, One itm Mesh GT4 coil (3pack) one of it is already open I try calling there hotline but can't reach. I try reaching their chat boot, seems I am taking to a robot only... this is how they packed there item and taking care of their deliveries

"Unreliable and not responsible"
This company operates badly. I have had a really bad experience with their customer service relating to the sale of vapes and juice to underage kids. They just don't care. I have been in talks with them for quite a while now about receiving a refund for products that were returned to them unopened (due to them sending to an underage child which I intercepted). NZ Post shows the parcel was delivered to them, but they are denying receipt of it. They are only in this for the money and don't care about their legal and social responsibilities.

"I purchased some coils from the south…"
I purchased some coils from the south Dunedin shosha store for my new vape. I opened one when I got home and the there was a shortage. I tried a second and a third but still the same issue. Turned out they were the wrong coild for my vape.
I called the north Dunedin store because the south d store had closed. The guy on the phone was really nice and said they should be able to refund me there.
Unfortunately when I went in the manager said I would have to go to the south Dunedin store tomorrow when they open to get my refund. After continuously talking to his colleague in store about how frustrating my vape was the manager budged and offered a refund. I then though we’ll if I’m getting a refund and my vape is annoying me I’ll buy another one.
The helpful one sorted me out. I was about to buy some juice coils and a new vape.
But then the manager said he could not process the refund as the coils were “used” AKA (dipped in oil).
I took my old vape and walked out. I was about to spend 120 bux plus however many replacement coils and juice I would buy in the future but the manager was greedy. I will not be purchasing from shosha again!!

"Waste of time & money"
Staff lie to you about products constantly. Had two separate stores in different cities try to sell me the same nic salt from a NZ company when I specifically asked for US import. Both insisted that it’s a US brand despite the fact that I pointed out on the bottle AND box where it says NZ owned & made, and each flavour is named after a place in Aotearoa. Not only that, but every vape juice is insipid in flavour, burns your throat & coil like hell when you vape it, and the staff don’t even use their own products (or at least not enough to know what it vapes like, how long it lasts, etc.). I’ve never had a good vape juice from these stores. Basically the only thing this place is good for is bong parts and scented candles. Most other products are a waste of money.

The most worse customer service ever. Have been sold faulty tainted e liquids from the manukau branch that have a chemical taste. Manager denies they are faulty. Will never shop with shosha again!

Ordered vape juice since 5 days and I run out of vape juice and I haven’t received anything yet and I’m fully mentally sick now and customer service is full of thieves where they can’t really reply back to me anything about vape juice and I don’t know why this thief took my money
