Shosha NZ

"Customer comes 2nd"
Shosha does not follow consumer rights with faulty products. I paid $80 for a vape packaged with pods. The vape leaked oil, due to pod. Shosha would not immediately replace the faulty product., or refund my money. They now have my money and the faulty product while they review the warranty. Meantime I have no vape and I'm short my money. Seems their policies on faulty products and refunds or replacement goes against consumer act. At point of sale they do not advise of there policies and have no signage advising of policies. Great shop UNTIL there is a problem...then CUSTOMER COMES SECOND

"Are poor designed products a risk to more than your wallet?"
Many of the devices have one thing in common - Poor design and that are specifically designed this way so that the user has to spend more money in the future either on coils or juice - (Both of which are now ridiculously expensive at the time of this writing). The whole vape industry in NZ needs another over haul by the regulator. Regulation to reduce the youth vaping is fine. But regulation to stop poorly made products being sold to the general public at extortionate cost, (As Shosha NZ currently actively does), also needs to be addressed by at least one of the regulators or associated government body in NZ.

"Fake products- this company rips you off"
Dodgy company that rips you off. They owe me $600 for fake product and refuse to respond to my complaint

"Overpriced / poor build quality products"
Overpriced / poor build quality products (reuseable pod kits) that last a few months to a year. Having tried different brands, this seems to be an issue across most options available. Pod replacements often do not work requiring a trip back to the store.
Instore and online service is great. Shosha just need to sell better quality products.

"Never buying anything from Sosha again"
I went to sosha in Riccarton and made a $650 purchase on a herbal vape batteries and battery charger.Within a week, one of the chargers 4 pins snapped clean off. I took it back to them and the guy behind the counter stated that we can't just swap it as I needs to be approved by head office and could take up to a week. Under NZ consumer law if an item breaks with normal use it must be replaced, repaired or refunded. I directly contacted head office and have had no contact from them and feel they will not reply. Do yourselves a favour people, stop buying from them as they sell Chinese liquid which has been found to be toxic with some flavours. Not only do they sell cheap and nasty liquid, they are so overpriced. There are plenty of other vape stores around which sell FDA approved NZ and USA liquids much cheaper. Look up Chinese vape juices and dangers of using it. It will shock you. Kind regards from a very angry customer. Next step is to report them to the consumer commision and ask them to take action for a now full refund. I'll take my business elsewhere.

"New Lynn Shosha, worst manager and customer service "
I went into the New Lynn Branch and received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My vape was broken, so I need to replace it with the same model as I had coils and pods for this particular device. The manager advised me that it was the same vape, only to find that my existing pods didn't fit it. When I went to return it, she got really angry with me saying you only asked about the coils. She kept saying, nah, nah, nah and was extremely defensive, and became argumentative. As a manager, I certainly wouldn't expect this kind of service, even though I have come across her in the past and questioned her customer service. Honestly, after this experience, I will never step foot in the New Lynn Sosha again! Thank goodness for VAPO, whose customer service was 200% better than what I received at Sosha.

"DO NOT BUY FROM SHOSHA OTAKI"
SHIETYST VAPES EVER!!
I brought a $40 vape from Shosha and 3 days later went to put it on charger for the first time and it did not charge the blue light showed but no puffs were available. I tried returning the vape but they wouldn't take it back and give my money back, Shosha is a waste of money I don't recommend their sheity vapes and service.

"Vultures"
Bought a NZ$ 35 vape from the Lambton Quay store, got double charged, 10 puffs later the vape intermittently stops working. Took it back and the sales guy just couldn't understand and told me sorry sir the coils are quite small this one. Seriously? a NZ$9 Solo vape at the dairy is better than this! If you need a vape stay clear from this place!

"Excellent service at Shosha Picton"
I was having trouble disassembling my Mighty vapouriser for cleaning. Even the manufacturer's website was not enough to work it out so I took it to Shosha Picton. The manager advised it was not common practice to dismantle used products but admitted it did not look obvious how to split the body to gain access to the inside of the vapouriser and said to leave it with him.
Next day I received a call to advise the vapouriser was ready to pick up.
I would like to recommend the guys there for doing a very good job on maintaining my Mighty vapouriser.
Good service, good work. Many thanks

"Ultra Bar pods claiming 6000 Puffs is…"
Ultra Bar pods claiming 6000 Puffs is 100% false. I have bought 3 now and none of them lasted. I have had 1500 puff disposables last twice as long. Highly recommended not using their company. Also their service sucks
