"Delivery times are long"

Delivery times are long, not fast like they state. Also, why does stock not get sent from closest store??

"Plastic waste"

Plastic pollution! The bottle of juice I purchased online had NO HOLE to squirt the juice out of. They're sourcing the cheapest product they can and it just creates plastic waste. The vape juice tastes like petrol too. I went to the store to replace the no hole bottle, and discovered that the replacement one once opened was a GLASS EYEDROPPER type so wouldn't refill my device which I had shown them..! Lazy service and just wasteful.

"There is no option for negative star"

There is no option for negative star. poorest service after 2018 at their oldest branch .. there is one pumpkin(Kaadu) type person sitting on the shop and he didnt listened. I am going to shosha since 2012, wellington people were so nice . even wait warranyt products they made ur fault.. online vape service is more better. plz dont use shosha

Great store with fast shipping, up until the point something goes wrong. I was sent the wrong product, and they claim they called me and I approved the change (the one and only call from them was missed). They are refusing to cover the shipping cost to send back the products they wrongfully sent to me

staff in paeroa shop act like they are doing you a favour and you should be greatful they even got up this morning. twice now have been left standing outside the shop waiting for staff to actually decide to open doors and srve customers. completely unproffessional approach to service

"Avoid Trash Consumerism! Awful place..."

I was recommended the company's own product by staff / management, Wow, this stuff has a petroleum aftertaste and made me feel physically unwell. Whoever created this product didn't give a hoot for the customer. These people want your money, not your customer satisfaction. When I went back and said I was concerned how bad this product was the manager and staff treated me like I was actually stupid and tried to tempt me to buy more of their stock! I said I would never go back. Quit while you are ahead. Breathe fresh air. Avoid trash consumerism. Live well, be happy to yourselves and one another!

a bunch 0ff rip offs..took my vape to the invercargill store as it stopped working after 3 days to be told it was my fault..purchased new peices it supposidly needed and still wont work....dont purchase from this company ever unless you want to be ripped off!!!!

"Awful service"

Awful service, I ordered online but the vape didn’t work, fair enough I know that can happen but I had to jump thru hoops to get it replaced. Multiple emails I had to send video then I had to go to a local store go thru the whole thing again no immediate replacement from the shop but had to wait again, finally they got the ok to replace it but it wasn’t available so I waited again finally when it was available they wouldn’t send it out I had to go in & pick it up even thou I had covered delivery online. No apologies & unfriendly shop staff means I will not be shopping here again.
