The booking process was efficient and using the customer 1300 number proved very effective not only in getting two consecutive tours organised but also allowing flights to be altered to suit the 4 day lag between tours. Spoke to two different consultants and both were polite and very helpful. Converted both tours to land based costings and organised flights privately.

Very surprised that there was only 2 DAYS to pay the full price after paying a deposit And even considering there is a 7 DAY cooling off period. And the trip is still 6 months away !! This aspect should be reviewed and amended to fall in line with our similar travel agencies.
