Booking was good but follow up has been terrible. Received an email same day as booking saying they would book flights. Replied to the email and have heard nothing since and that was over 10 days ago. Have rung and sent emails and heard "crickets". Each time I ring says leave a message as noone can take my call. Have rung at different times of the day. Have travelled a lot with various companies, so not my first rodeo. Come on support!

My friend and I went to the Inspiring Vacations Greatest Travel Show in March and we were very impressed with the variety of travel destinations and packages they had on offer. We spoke to Steve who was very informative and well travelled himself, given us a lot of useful information about the countries we were interested in visiting. He suggested we take a look at the 23 day Great European Tour. It ticked all of our destination preferences and a few more. The whole experience was seemless right from the get go. The online booking system was already done for us by Steve. All we needed to do next was make the payment. We've done that and now all we need to do now is be excited for our future holiday. We requested a balcony upgrade , our friends who booked at the same time got the balcony requested confirmation, we however did not , now it’s a bit frustrating waiting to see if we have the balcony
Also we want to add on additional days in Vancouver and that is not available on the hub
