After doing a wonderful trip with IV to Sri Lanka in 2022 I have just booked a trip to India with them, staff are very helpful and actually get back to you promptly. I had a bad experience with another company who cancelled my trip to Sri Lanka a few weeks before and struggled to get my refund. This is when I found IV and went with them and have just booked again. I also like that you can organise your own flights as well if you want. Looking forward to India in May.

"Badly organised and with no Accountability"

I did the 19-day inspiring South America small group tour in November 2024. First off, this is the only tour company I have ever toured with that has a free day on the first day and one on the last day, so that is actually a 17-day tour. The tour as a whole is poorly planned from the tour guides, flights, sites and accommodation. Some Examples: Whilst in the
Amazon you don't visit a tribe or see much wildlife, flights were cancelled and felt as thou you spent most of your time at the airport, some guides made us be at an airport 3-4 hours before a flight, optional tours cancelled which this company will not reimburse, and sites such as Machu Picchu was rushed with a maximum time 2 hours there. I could go on all day about how poor it was and all the issues that arose, but all in all this tour is badly organised and run with very little help / no help from their customer service team and supervisors I had correspondence with, very very disappointing! I would defiantly go with another tour company next time and believe me I have done multiple tours, and this was the worst ever, actually all my other tours were excellent. I would defiantly not tour with inspiring Vacations ever again. BE AWARE
