Once I got through on the phone the lady was both helpful and knowledgeable however it took me three calls to get an answer.
The first call was disconnected after I went through all the initial press 2 press 1 process and the second time, whilst on hold at the same stage, a message came on and said we are currently closed please ring during office hours.
Third time was the charm and I got through after about a 5 minute wait and the lady was very helpful.
As a first time attempt to contact your company it was a little disconcerting but follow up since by Jayden has been reassuring.
