We made a booking via the phone talking to one of the travel consultants. We knew which vacation we wanted and were able to book quickly and efficiently. The consultant was helpful and knowledgeable making the experience easy and enjoyable.

"Beware the payment terms!"
Booked holiday online for a trip over a year away. $99 deposit was heavily promoted. I genuinely thought that I saw that I had until next year to pay balance. Someone from IV rang me after I booked. She did not mention anything about needing to pay in full immediately. Few days later I was shocked to get sent an overdue invoice for the full price! Where was that detail? Well hidden I think. Rather disappointing booking experience 😒

"Best of Japan tour, indeed! "
This trip was filled with unforgettable highlights, and one that truly stood out was our amazing tour guide, Kubo. He embodies the best of Japanese values and discipline… going above and beyond by creating personalised maps and making sure we were always comfortable and well taken care of. Plus, he’s got a great sense of humor! We highly recommend this tour, and we’re already missing Kubo. More power to you!

"No guarantee of flight dates despite full payment "
Staff have all been very informative and helpful so far with the tour booking process. However I would not book a flight inclusive deal with them as full payment made including flights and I cannot get a confirmation of dates to fly out and return with no guarantee of dates until 60 days prior to travelling which in fact under the 70 days needed to receive 50% of payment back if cancelled. Quite a wrought! Im not able to book extended accommodation or finalise work holiday request as I cannot get a
guarantee of dates. Not travelling until July I hope it all works out.

I was so pleased with Rachel and her efficient and friendly manner. It was so good to not be sitting in a call centre queue. It was very nice to have her ring and check if we ok with everything.

"AVOID INSPIRING VACATIONS - AT ALL COSTS!"
I just wanted to share my experience with Inspiring Vacation, better known as Incredibly Venal (corrupt & bribable!!!).
Having been an international events manager for many years, I was a little taken aback by the way I was being treated and the lack of information I was being given!
Everyone in events knows that you don't book people onto flights and into hotels without already having the flights and hotels reserved???? Am I right???? Imagine how disastrous that could be!!!!!! but of course 'Incredibly Venal' imagine themselves to be better than anyone else and think they are dealing with monkeys, when in actual fact they are the incredulous apes!!!!!!
Anyway, my continuous questioning must have made them somewhat nervous because the staff were actully refusing to give me basic information, such as the departure date!!!!
I then decided that I really was not happy about having spent all this money and having to travel with this company who were not making me feel at all confident in their abilities.
After much research, I read all their reviews and was astounded at what others had said about them:
"We were not given hotel details until a few days before our departure, which turned out to be a 3* instead of a 4* with no lifts and our rooms were on the 4th floor!!!!!"
"Our flight details were not confirmed until just before we left and had dreadful timings, long waits between flights - it was dreadfull"
"We booked a hotel room with them for the next before the tour began, but were not advised that the hotel was two hours away from where the tour was departing the following day - a taxi cost us a fortune!!!!"

Imagine my horror! so I decided to read their terms and conditions, where I found a clause advising that if customers were rude to staff their holiday would be instantly cancelled and we would be immediately reimbursed the full amount paid - 'HAPPY DAYS' I thought and proceeded to be a little rude during my next conversation to them, then I called and asked for a recording of the call which instantly ensured that it would be listened to and ............... low and behold ........... I received a letter claiming that my behaviour would not be tollerated and that I had been bootted off the trip - YIPPPEEEEE - IT WAS THAT EASY!!!!! What a bunch of twasts!!!!!
Please, please, please do the same as me and get yourself out of anything booked and paid for with this appalling company!!!!!
Their customer service is despicable, they are not worthy of our money

"SriLanka tour"
Took part in SriLanka tour. It is described as level 3 fitness required. Clearly, nearly half the tour group were not able to manage the walks/hikes due to their fitness levels. It affects the whole tour. Not good enough screening. Alot of the accommodation is located away from towns making it difficult to do other things?
