"Bookings made easy…"

My bookings and options were made via a combination of online, and follow up phone calls.
The online website step by step options were very user friendly.
Follow up calls from Inspiring consultants were very prompt and professional.

"Not providing what they advertised and documented"

This is our first trip with Inspiring Vacations, and indeed our first tour of this type (we have always been independent travelers). We depart in three weeks for Japan and have just received the final documentation for the tour.
I was very disappointment when I looked at the hotels that have now been confirmed. The advertising and pre-trip documentation (which I still have) very clearly listed the accommodation in Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima as '4 star or similar' in central locations Now in these locations they have confirmed 3 star hotels. I am not phased by staying in 3 star hotels, but i do object to paying for something and not receiving it.
I have written to Inspiring Vacations and received a response that did not address the issue.

I found booking my first ever trip with Inspiring Vacations straight forward and easy to follow. I am looking forward to my South African trip in a month's time and I will give a review of how my trip went after that. I have not had to contact customer service for extra advice as yet but I'm in no doubt they'll be friendly and helpful.
