I am pleased to say my booking experience was good thanks to Laura, she was excellent. A big improvement on my past experiences, admittedly, Covid did not help!
I was surprised when I went to my account and could not find my booking. It was because I was on my Australian profile not my NZ profile, why have two separate profiles, it only adds confusion and frustration.

When choosing a holiday it was easy to book online and pay deposit . Follow up phone call was helpful with any questions you might have.

Recently completed a 9 day swiss rail tour . it is promoted as a tour, it is really just booked accommodation and rail tickets. The first hotel is the Placid Hotel a nice hotel but located in middle of an industrial estate ,no restaurants or shops if you wish to see Zurich its $120 aus each way . The train route to each location involves 2 or more Changes(not Mentioned) .most trains you have about 30 sec to board if you are not aboard they are gone . If you jump on the 2nd class carriage it is impossible to reach the first class as aisles are clogged with Trunks (some Chained across the aisles ) Skis and stocks. To be fair there was ski races in Interlarken . Interlarken has 2 stations(not mentioned). Should you go to Rigi for the Fondue its 20 min hike cross snow to Cheese Factory snow shoes are advised .The main criticism is the lack of meaningful information provide by inspiring ,hotels cannot help as not one had heard of inspiring tours. The tour is great and the scenery spectacular but my advice would be to seek out a travel agent who has done the trip and can explain some of the pitfalls .if you should take more than one bag or you are not fit, you are toast stay home.
The Description of The Placid hotel "is surrounded by Hippest Boutiques" is pure BS its surrounded by Rail yards and factories (I can supply Photos if required)
