We ordered a fire pit coffee table and a cover for the gas canister. Order process was easy, and we were happy with the items once received.

The courier partner they use was difficult - after a period of waiting for their contact (I wasn't counting the days as I wasn't in a rush), I suddenly got a text around noon saying the items would be delivered the next business day, and I needed to tell them within 3 hours if the day did not work. I had to call multiple times as each time I reached the front of the queue (after waiting 10 mins or so) the phone line dropped my call. On the fourth attempt I was successful and everything was sorted.

The measurement of the original purchase the wrong. The item that replaced this was damaged in transit and marked from storage.
