"Worth every penny "

We purchased the PergoSTET 3m x 3m Square Pergola with 3 Drop Sides and LED Lighting in Grey & PergoSTET Wifi & Bluetooth Heater in Grey. Absolutely the best decision we’ve made when upgrading our garden. The quality is fantastic, the erecting instructions were straightforward and easy (according to my husband haha) the drop sides are great really does help keep the breeze out with the weather not being the best at the moment. My garden looks fantastic, we love the Pergola worth every penny. The service we received from the Harbour Lifestyle team was fantastic from start to finish can’t fault any part of the service tbh.

"Great product, great customer service, useless management!"

First of all the product is just what we were looking for, good build quality and suitable for our needs, so I would give 5 stars.
However the company to respond to customer needs this is where the 1 star comes from, on receipt of our patio units I soon found out that the table top was incorrect, we contacted Harbour and spoke to a very helpful customer service lady who arranged for the correct table top to be delivered, which arrived within a few weeks only to find out yet again it was the wrong one.
Contacted Harbour yet again who stated they had the correct replacement in stock but couldn’t give us a delivery date, by this time we were having a large gathering, so I spoke yet again to customer service advisor who I would now give 5 stars too who arranged for a courier to deliver it that day.
I then received a phone call from a manager within the company who then stated that the table top was on its way at great expense to the company, because I insisted that it was delivered within 24 hours, not even an apology or small gift for our time spent chasing our order and waiting in for deliveries to come.

Excellent quality outdoor furniture. Felt like I was taking a risk, but couldn't be happier with it. I suspect it's far better quality that similarly priced furniture from Barker and Stonehouse or similar.

The customer after care has been impeccable. They have answered all my queries very promptly.

The furniture is well made and comfortable, we had the corner settee and dining/firepit table.

"Exceptional Customer Care & Products "

It was an uncomfortable experience, there was no atmosphere, being the only people there, you felt as though you were constantly being watched and listened to. They had some nice furniture, but did not feel comfortable to stay to look properly.

We were also stared at as we drove away from the premises, which again was odd.
