"3 stone weight loss"


Since joining ARC I have lost 3 stone and as a result I have bought a new wardrobe. For the first time in many years I feel so much healthier. I have tried other diets but found that I put the weight back on. Adam has given me the tools to be able to manage my weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle long term.
I would highly recommend ARC he knows what he is talking about and you get the results.

"Best coach!"

I have previously commented while I was doing the programme about how amazing the programme was making me feel and things I have learnt.
I always wondered would I still feel this way and keep everything I have learnt going months down the line?! And the answer is a MASSIVE yes!! I stopped the programme a few months back and I have maintained my weight and my focus has shifted and remained to be the strongest fittest version of me. I use all the tools and knowledge daily and my relationship with food remains so much better and passing it in to my family! Can’t recommend Adam enough

"Excellent"

Excellent, knowledgeable, effective supportive. 5* service. 100% recommended. In 3 weeks I have gone from miserable and uncomfortable in all my clothes. To feeling great and healthy and back in my skinny leggings!. I now have plenty of tools to achieve my goals in future.

"Amazing coach and nutritionist"

Hi I’m 36 year old nurse with 2 young children. My relationship with food has always not been great. I tend to binge then feel guilty about what I have eaten so restrict my food, which then leads me to binge again so a vicious circle! I recently started to exercise and thought that this would fix all my problems, however soon worked out that this is not the case. When I started to put weight on again i even tried to tell myself it was muscle. I was still feeling bloated, lethargic, bad skin and if I’m honest very moody, the good feeling of working out wasn’t lasting as long as it did at the beginning and was really struggling with the workouts. I tried to calorie count but looking back I was restricting myself to much and ended up putting all the weight back on and more!

I knew Adam from the box I attend and was aware he was a coach and nutritionist. I heard about a programme he was running in the new year and was interested in how the others found it and got on-only heard positive things. So when he mentioned the rapid fat loss programme I was very interested. Im going to be honest I was scared and sceptical after watching the information video but thought I am at a point of not sure what else I can do, my weight was effecting how I was feeling day to day and didn’t want to pass this on to my children so thought why not! I’m now 7.5 weeks in and honestly don’t know why I hesitate or was scared, it has been brilliant. I’ve lost 22 pounds and 5cm off my waist, which of course has been brilliant! But the best bit for me so far is me building a healthier relationship with food. I’m making better food choices but not restricting myself where I feel I need to binge!I’m still having the treats when I want them. I no longer feel bloated, sleep is starting to improve even when I have a child that doesn’t want to sleep. This in turn has changed my cooking for my family, when dieting before I always felt my dinners had to be different but with this programme I’m cooking us all the same. Which has meant we have all tried new things and I feel informing the rest of my family to make wiser food choices without being forced to. Also noted an improvement with my workouts they are still hard but don’t always feel I’m dying at the end! Adam has answered every question I have thrown at him, no question is silly, his experience and knowledge has been amazing. I have found him really approachable, don’t feel judged I have learnt so much about food, not just a case of calorie counting! The support psychologically has also been amazing, I feel Adam doesn’t just care about the weight lost but cares about you, really holistic approach. The group aspect as been supportive especially at the beginning. Nice to know that others are probably feeling the same, I’ve liked sharing each other wins as well as things we are finding hard.

Anyone that is thinking about starting a programme with Adam I would say don’t hesitate it will be the best decision you will make! I have no regrets

"Best Decision Ever"

Joining ARC has been the best decision I have ever made, since joining late October 2022 I have lost nearly 2 stone. I have done every diet you can think of since I was a teenager, continuously loosing weight and putting it right back on again, genuinely felt that’s the way it was always going be and there was no way out.
ARC has helped me understand why this was happening and why it wasn’t my fault. They have busted all the weight loss myths and helped me understand weight loss to fat loss. They provided me with a coach and there are coaching calls with professionals who have not only helped with weight loss but other parts of my life too.
Life always seemed to get in the way for me, not anymore, I have lost weight over Christmas for the first time ever, been through stressful times and still lost, I didn’t think it was possible. There isn’t one situation they can’t help you through, I will be forever grateful, I know now I will be able to keep the weight off. It’s a new sustainable way of life for me. Thank you ARC 🙏🏻
P.S There is absolutely no food you can’t eat, I used to restrict myself, not anymore!

"I’ve been with ARC for just under 4…"

I’ve been with ARC for just under 4 months to date, and in that time I’ve lost 5kg but, more importantly for me, 9cm from my waist! Before joining ARC, I’d tried it all - Weight Watchers, Slimming World, the Cambridge Diet and spent hours in the gym. Nothing helped me to reach my goals and, when I stopped any of the programmes, the weight and the cm piled back on. Now I feel I have the tools to maintain my weight loss long term for the first time ever, and it’s all down to ARC and the amazing coaching team! I now understand how the ‘make up’ of a plate and the food you consume during a day can affect your weight loss goals and general well-being. I now feel fuller for longer, eat better, healthier, than I have done for years and have more energy and feel so much better in myself. If you’re hesitating in your decision to join ARC - don’t - you won’t regret it. Make the best investment in yourself you can!

"Join the experts"

I have struggled with my weight since the menopause. I have tried diets where l lost at first then plateaued, others l lost weight but once off the bars and shakes or started to eat carbs etc I gained weight again. I saw ARC on facebook and started reading about ladies journeys with ARC. Ladies going through the same issues as me. I decided to give it a try and have been impressed by the whole team. I have lost weight but what has suprised me the most is that all my measurements are less than previous times I have been the same weight. My shape is changing. I have been supported by a fantastic coach and my outlook and mindset is now much more positive. I have gained skills I can continue to use to reach my goal and maintain my weight. Thank you ARC I am so glad I joined you.

"ARC Works!"

Since joining ARC and working with my coach, I have already lost weight and gained a wealth of knowledge. In only a few short weeks, I have already lost half a stone in weight and noticed a huge difference in my sleep patterns and managing my stress levels. I have previously tried almost every diet out there and was fed up with the same pattern of losing weight, then gaining it back and more. I am now equipped with tools to manage stress, get better sleep and eating meals that leave me feeling full and not wanting to snack in between but still able to eat the foods I love. I would not hesitate to recommend ARC, it has helped me on so many levels. You won’t regret it, no fads, no gimmicks, it just works!
